Arrived on time and well packaged. The mobility scooter met all my expectations and helps with my mobility issues. A good price for a impressive scooter.

I received my Roma Denver mobility scooter within 48 hours of ordering. The scooter is very sturdy and comfortable thanks to the suspension. It's a definite upgrade on my previous scooter, which did not have suspension. The seat is well padded and it has a nice deep basket on the front. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and the excellent service from Invamed.

Great service, scooter arrived in really good time. Very good instructional videos attached to sales invoice. Been a game changer for my wife and I.

Before purchasing called invamed for answers to a few questions, and was greeted with a polite and and well informed member of staff, ordered a Denver s130, and to my amazement it was delivered within 24 hrs, it was quite easy to assemble and take apart, but it not the lightest scooter I think a frail person would struggle, but this scooter is very robust and that is the reason it is a little heavier, only down point is I was told I could purchase extra 2 year warranty at the check out but it was not mentioned, I will follow this up with phone call, but on the whole very satisfied.

Fits perfectly in the car boot and now I am completely mobile again The Roma Dallas DX is a nippy little scooter and after some practice easy to operate

I bought a Roma Denver + scooter this week, I love it! The seat is the comfiest seat I've ever had on a scooter, and the suspension is a game changer for me. It's excellent value for the money! Absolutely no complaints.

I sent for 2 replacment screws for the handles in all black and did not get them , you sent me silver screws a cheap looking set not happy at all

PART 1
Invamed have been brilliant, from start to finish. I dealt with Hali and Kenny, and they were both terrific, a real credit to the Company, going beyond the extra mile. Hali was my initial contact and, because of her friendliness, professionalism and helpfulness, I decided to buy my S130. I then came into contact with Kenny, as delivery wasn't made when it was supposed to have been, but NOT Invamed's fault, as they had fulfilled their side of things superbly. Like Hali, Kenny was friendly, professional and very understanding of my problem (non delivery). He did everything he could to help, including chasing the delivery company (TNT/Fedex) on numerous occasions and contacting me with any news and updates. He always returned my calls and got back to me when he said he would. The interactions I have had with Hali and Kenny cannot be faulted, excellent on all levels. When the scooter finally arrived (3 days late as it kept being returned to base camp), I was very impressed with the quality and sturdiness, especially taking into account the excellent price. It was a bit fiddly to put together, but not helped by the fact that I have a broken foot and chest infection! I was glad that my wife was there to help. Once done, I took it for a ride around the block and it felt really solid on the ground. Then it started to rain so I had to come in, but I see no reason why I won't have a lot of enjoyment from the scooter. As far as Invamed are concerned, I have been really impressed and would happily recommend them to anyone.
Now for Part 2
TNT/Fedex - Absolutely useless!! I don't think I'd trust them to deliver a package to their own next door neighbours. Their track and trace system is a joke, and I would certainly not recommend this crowd to anyone, other than the driver, who was very friendly and helpful. Shame the rest of their "systems" don't do so well.

UPDATE
I've had the scooter for about a week now, and I've been out "walking" nearly every day, with my wife and boys, for the first time in years. I really wish I had bought this scooter years ago. It's very well made, takes on hills really well and the battery doesn't seem to run down very quickly at all. Really impressed and, as I've already said, gives me some of my life back and gets me out with the wife and boys again, which I've not been able to do for years.

Purchased a Denver scooter as my previous scooter had given up the fight. I ordered this scooter online on 13/4/25 and it was delivered two days later on the 15th. Arrived so fast it came with blue flashing lights and a speeding ticket 🚓🚓👮🏼‍♀️👮🏼‍♀️🚓🚓

Absolutely delighted with the new scooter. It’s exactly as I thought it would be and have had a couple of lengthy test rides on it and it’s even better than expected
