Engineers were professional clean tidy .I would recommend them

The Highly professional, time served well established and experienced tradesmen employed by Invictus, turned my home completely around from a freezing uneconomical EPC rated F to a warm cladded and robust rendered feeling high C (74).

The heating system switch over, I thought was a monumental task, but the guys took it in their stride and was complete ready for operation in no time.

The overall finish after plasterers had skimmed the IWI is seamless and makes the house look a lot better than original decor with new sills and deeper reveals.

There is no aspect of the building trade the lads did not know about they were extremely helpful and made an anxious time so worth while in the end.

Honestly can’t thank them enough.

Invictus have been really excellent, from installing my new boiler in October last year to the service they have just given it today. All of the engineers have been fantastic, friendly, and efficient. I cannot praise their service highly enough.

Came out to service my invictus boiler,Paul did a good job,Came on time an was very thorough.

A 2 week job took 3 and a half months, their customer service was horrendous
They broke things, stole from me, called me a liar, I had to sue them in the end, this company couldn't run a bath

I cannot praise Invictus Energy enough.
They recently fitted gas central heating in our property and did a wonderful job. The works were completed in 3 days, and we were absolutely delighted. Workmanship was excellent, the chaps were very polite, clean and tidy, creating minimal disturbance, an excellent job all round. Customer Services were extremely helpful in fact I would especially like to thank Tom Iverson of Invictus Energy. It was due to Tom that we went ahead with the works and he was so helpful throughout the whole experience. We were kept fully informed during the process and he went above and beyond.
In our estimation Invictus Energy Group are very very fortunate to have such a good employee working for them, thank you Tom and Invictus Energy Group, I would thoroughly recommend this company.

I the boiler serviced. Caller and engineer were both very friendly and I was able to pay by phone which made it really easy for me. Engineer went out of his way to explain about the boiler and show me how it worked more economically too. I'd highly recommend.

Appointment was made in advance, Engineer rang us to let us know what time he was coming and arrived on time,did the service and sorted a little problem with the hot water without any fuss!!he didn’t make any mess and left the house as tidy as when he arrived.First class service from Invictus,having used them for the last 3 years

Team arrived to do a boiler exchange, loft insulation and Hive fitting. Took a couple of days to do, but well worth it. Everyone involved from planning to installation was very professional. Shout out to Keith and Dylan for an excellent job on the boiler, and fitting of a new deigner radiator in the dining room. They took out my old gas fire, and after plastering and painting, you could hardly tell there had been a fire there!
All rubbish and waste was removed by the team at the end of each job. Would definitely recommend this company!!

Had a boiler replacement, work men were nice enough however they missed an overflow pipe that needed to be capped off, this was in November in April I had a huge flood through my kitchen ceiling spotlights, water had been leaking for 5 months causing so many issues! Invictus have been out admitted liability , all information sent to insurance and now they are denying damage caused! With 4 young children in my property and the mess my property is in this is very poor service! I am left with a strong smell of damp upstairs were the leak was, my carpets are ruined, my kitchen ceiling needs to be taken down fresh boarding fresh plaster new ceiling, electricity cert carried out to ensure things are now safe , the kitchen walls are destroyed and damp , kitchen floor ruined and table on top of that the cost of having to get emergency electricians and plumbers on a Sunday and having no water or electricity which was extremely difficult as a family of 6!

Invictus Energy is a customer focused company. I have the upmost praise for the excellent workmanship carried out by Keith, Dylan,Paul and Sean when they installed a new gas boiler. They went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that the installation was done with the least disruption as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

These guys are absolutely amazing at what they do! I would like to thank them individually - Engineer Keith, Apprentice Dylan, OB1 engineer Paul, (Sparky Shawn) office manager James , & Paul Murphy - for getting rid of all the old heating systems and replacing them with new radiators! The price i paid was very competitive and reasonable, i would definitely recommend them! Even the apprentice (Dylan) seemed very professional, and clued on with what he was doing. They made sure to plaster the walls when they removed the old heating system (which most companies said they wouldn't do) and they also cleaned up after themselves too. Continuing my experience with Invictus Energy and everything is going brilliantly

I have had my loft insulated and all external walls have been insulated by Ryan Leo and Jaun golly they have worked so hard and kept everything so stress-free

Tuesday and Wednesday I have had the absolute joy of my walls now being plastered by John and Leon. Every room has has to be plastered and I have white wooden floors over 4 levels!! Leon has brushed hooved and mopped his way from the top to the back door before leaving this evening. Leon is delighted ( not ) to be called Mrs Doubtfire 🤔😃. In the next couple of days I will have a new boiler and HIVE and smart radiators

Our old thermal storage cylinder was leaking badly.
Guys came out and did a Combi conversation with Hive and hi-output Combi boiler setup. Much cheaper option than fixing our 20yr+ old setup.
Top job and completed on time.
Would fully recommend to anyone in the St.Helens area.

Ryan T and Joe came today to patch up my wall and refit my skirting board, very happy with them both very polite and very professional.
