well.......collar is broke .......where the strap goes through.....strap is all cracked and falling apart.....and lastly........it doesn't shock ...anymore......it is only 2 years old....and gently used.....one of my worst investments.......just ordered a dogtra.

I got an e-collar from them. It works great. I've had almost a year and we use a lot. I messaged them because it was starting to die out really quick suddenly. And they sent me a new one. They're a veteran owned company that stands by their products and now I want to support them even more. Great product and even better business strategies. I'm a fan and recommending to everyone!

The battery needs frequent ¹charging, even with little use (activation of tone or vibrate).
¹WE PURCHASED TWO AND LEARNED THAT THE COLLAR WILL NOT EVEN ACCEPT A CHARGE, RENDERING THE COLLAR USELESS. The battery was charged and recharged once a week on the first collar. After 4 months, the collar wouldn't take a charge. The second collar lasted about 2 weeks and was placed in storage. Upon needing a new training aid for a new dog, we learned that this one was worse.

We note, a poor quality battery which has according to battery review, a recharge scale of 2 out of 10. This rates life & durability under typical conditions. What's more, we noted a very weak (even with the extended probes we had on hand) current in shock mode. It had zero effect on our Dogo Argentino or Huskies, even after shaving neckline, unless they (the dog) was wet, then some conductivity occurred). In fact compared to other similar collars we tested, Invirox (2 modles) with similar battery issues) came in last of the 4. Purchase made direct. I do not recommend.

The company is alleged founded on Patriotic and touts itself as "Veteran Owned." These statements carry a much higher burden in my view, an expectation that they're not selling products they absolutely know to be defective. Once notified, they placed every conceivable obstacle in the way to replacement. We tested a range of collars before and after Invirox. Our reviews were posted accordingly. Of the 4 branded collars we tested on the ranch, Invirox came in last on ¹ durability ² effectiveness ³ workmanship ⁴ and support.

There is a reason they limit returns to 30 days. Based upon our experience and the experience of others, these people know that their products is defective and they continued to sell it. Who does that? Must have been a pleasure to serve with these clowns.

We cannot recommend Invirox.
