I've booked a car from Brno airport for 22:30, the desk is closed, I've phoned the number and someone said they will sort it, it is now after midnight and I'm still sat here plus no one is answering the "24 hour" number on the desk now. So it looks like I am stranded in an airport in a foreign country, great!!!!

Ho prenotato una auto a Brno tramite una agenzia intermediaria su Internet. La prenotazione è andata bene dopo conferma di Panek. Peccato che mi avvisano solo via SMS solo 3 ore prima dell'orario di ritiro che devono cancellare la prenotazione perchè non hanno auto a disposizione!!! Chiamo la sede centrale e non sapevano reperire informazioni, mi passavano la sede di Brno ma anche loro avevano difficoltà a reperire informazioni... come se la filiale all'aeroporto di Brno non esistesse! Non vi fidate se non volete rimanere a piedi!

Nie mogę się doczekać kolejnej współpracy z Pankiem. Świetny kontakt z klientem, nie mogłam wybrać lepiej!

I supposed to pick up a car at Brno Airport. No one was at Panek desk. When I tried to call them I was told they will call me back. Then the number became unreachable. I had to contact Ryanair to seek an alternative car hire provider. Panek after almost a month still has not confirmed to Ryanair that I did not pick up my car with them. This is holding up the refund.

Please avoid these people. I reserved the car online, had a confirmation, called in to double check and they assured me everything is fine. Morning of my flight to Brno airport I had another email confirmation to say everything is scheduled. When I landed and turned up at their office - noone was there. Bear in mind I had no luggage so was at their desk in 5 min. I tried calling but they wouldn't pick up the phone, they wouldn't answer my messages either. I tried calling their Polish number but it kept going in loops in their automated voice notes and I never got to speak to anyone. I waited and kept phoning for 2 hours by which point, me not getting the car I reserved meant I missed my brothers wedding. I needed to drive 2,5h so taxi or bus wasn't an option - this is why I booked the hire car in first place.
They just left me hanging and totally ignored me, my phone calls and emails. The fact I had a reservation, it is their duty to either inform me about the change or find alternative etc. In my 2h waiting time speaking to people at the airport I found that this is very common practice for them and I'm not the first customer that was left with no car.
They never emailed me back and it's been a month. They took their google business profile down as well from the fear of getting bad review...
I didn't know this at the time of booking but they are a Polish company that isn't based at Brno airport every day. They come in and go as and when they have bookings that they want to take...apparently..
There are other car hire companies that are Czech that I would recommend using if you need a car over these scammers.
When I returned to the airport day after I saw another customer at their desk so I spoke to them and apparently they've been waiting 30 min already but managed to get through to Panek on the phone and someone was on the way... whether they've meade it I have no idea..
All other 5*Trust pilot reviews are by Polish people which for a Czech airport isn't that common. I am pretty sure they are fake.
Panek, because of you I missed one of the most important days for my family. Company like this should be closed and not allowed to trade ruining peoples plans.

Těmto lidem se prosím vyhněte. Zarezervovala jsem si auto online, měla potvrzení, zavolala im a ujistili mě, že je vše v pořádku. Ráno po odletu na brněnské letiště mi přišlo další potvrzení emailem, že je vše naplánováno. Když jsem přistála a objevila se v jejich kanceláři, nikdo tam nebyl. Ja neměla žádné zavazadlo, takže jsem byla u jejich stolu za 5 minut. Zkoušela jsem volat, ale nebrali telefon, neodpovídali mi ani na zprávy. Zkoušela jsem zavolat taky na jejich polské číslo, ale v jejich automatických hlasových poznámkách se to neustále opakovalo a nikdy jsem s nikým nemohla mluvit. Čekala jsem a zkousela telefonat pocas 2 hodin. Kdy jsem nedostala auto, které jsem si rezervovala, znamenalo to, že jsem zmeškala svatbu sveho bratra. Potřebovala jsem jet 2,5 hodiny, takže taxi nebo autobus nepřicházely v úvahu - proto jsem si na prvním místě zarezervovala auto.
Prostě mě nechali viset a úplně mě ignorovali, moje telefonáty a e-maily. Skutečnost, že jsem měla rezervaci, je jejich povinností mě buď informovat o změně nebo najít alternativu atd. Během 2h čekací doby, kdy jsem mluvila s lidmi na letišti, jsem zjistila, že je to pro ně velmi běžná praxe a já nejsem první zákazník, který zůstal bez auta.
Nikdy mi neodpisali zpět a je to uz měsíc. Zbavili se také svého firemního profilu na Googlu ze strachu ze špatné recenze...
Tohle jsem v době rezervace nevěděla, ale je to polská společnost, která nesídlí na brněnském letišti každý den. Přicházejí a odcházejí, jak a kdy mají rezervace, které chtějí přijmout ... zřejmě ..
Existují další české autopůjčovny, které bych doporučila použít, pokud potřebujete auto a ne tyto podvodníky.
Když jsem se vrátila na letiště den poté, u jejich stolu jsem uviděla cekat dalšího zákazníka, tak jsem s nimi mluvila a pri uz čekali 30 minut, ale podařilo se jim dostat k Panek na telefonu a někdo byl na cestě... zda se tak stalo, to netuším..
Všechny ostatní TrustPilot recenze jsou 5* a jen od Poláků, což pro české letiště není tak běžné. Jsem si docela jista, že jsou falešné.
Panek, kvůli tobě jsem zmeškala jeden z nejdůležitějších dnů pro mou rodinu. Firma jako je tato by měla být uzavřena a nemělo by se jí dovolit obchodovat a ničít plány lidí.

Absolutely awful experience with this car rental company that completely ruined our holiday plan.

We arrived at Ostrava airport on 2.7. 2023 to collect car at 2pm, there was no member of staff at the Panek car hire desk. I called the provided number for the company 11 times. I also texted them. Someone picked up at 2.50pm and said that a member of staff would be available in 10 minutes. This was a lie and no one showed up. In the meantime, we chatted online with someone from VIP Cars who we found Panek through. They themselves could not get through the Panek Car Hire company.

Around 4pm, we were advised to find a different transport. We ended up getting a taxi and paid 1500 Czech Crowns and our trip was delayed by 3 hours.

Its now been 6 days since and we have had no response from Panek. Absolutely disgraceful and a sham of a company. Shame on you.
