Their disgusting "customer service agent" Ben is extremely unfamiliar with their own products. Ben refuses to spend time reading people's inquiries and consistently gives completely irrelevant answers that have nothing to do with the questions asked. Ben is terribly rude, dismissive, disrespectful, and evil — showing zero patience or willingness to actually help.

This makes it abundantly clear that they have no genuine interest in providing quality service. Instead, their approach is purely confrontational and evasive — designed to deflect responsibility and confront customers.

They only want to attract uninformed people who don't know any better into purchasing their services. Anyone with real knowledge and technological literacy would see right through them and never select them.

I like the way they helped my in step by step to check my proxy as i was struggling myself for a hours but after i contacted live support. They check and troubleshoot my issue within minutes. Recommended :)

Purchased service and figuring out how to connect my vpn was a hassle. When I finally did get it working, I tried creating an eBay account and creating a listing. Banned within 5 minutes.

Usually I am able to get a new ip through spectrum and create an account with no problems. Except that I am only able to have 1 at a time. I was hoping with this service, I could have multiple. Instead I am banned at the usual rate.
