I have been using their services for the past 2 years now and it has been an amazing journey and they are super friendly and cooperative people and i hope the best for them.

I purchased a service from IPBurger and paid via BTC.
Due to service issues, I later requested a refund. Their support repeatedly told me that the refund had already been sent, but I have not received any BTC refund in my wallet.

When I contacted support again, they claimed they “could not find any refund request” associated with my BTC address, even though this was the same address I previously provided to them. This is inconsistent and has caused unnecessary delays.

I have been waiting for several days with no refund and no clear explanation.
I simply want IPBurger to confirm which BTC address they are using for the refund and to complete the transaction.

So far, the handling of this refund has been extremely disappointing, and I am still waiting for a resolution.

My experiences with IPBurger were always positive, from the chat support agents who were willing to explaining everything to the super helpful setup docs. The tool itself has worked great, bar a few kinks, which is currently being looked at by an agent and I'm certain will be rectified.

This is the WORST, most DISHONEST, and SCAMMIEST company I’ve ever dealt with. IPBurger.com charged my card $1800 USD without my permission, and when I contacted support to fix the issue, they pretended to "investigate." I sent them full proof — transaction records, screenshots, everything.

And what did they do? They shut down my account. No refund. No reply. Just GONE.

These people are criminals hiding behind a website. They literally took my money and ran. $1557 vanished, and all I got in return was silence and a closed account. That’s fraud. That’s theft.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are thieves. They steal your money and then vanish.
Their “support team” is a joke — no answers, no help, just empty lies and then radio silence.

I’ve filed complaints with the BBB, my bank, and every fraud reporting authority I can find. I’m going to post this everywhere until people know what they really are — a shady, dishonest, money-grabbing scam.

RUN from IPBurger. DO NOT give them a single dollar. If you already did, watch your bank account and report them immediately.

App works great and responsiveness is awesome and friendly

I use a dedicated proxy from IPBurger on a Mac for a year now and it works perfect for my use in e-commerce (i.e get the local price). I intend to use it even more since I realized it can completely replace my previous VPN without the troubles. I highly recommend.
