Robyn terrible customer service
Robyn provided no apology for the damage caused to my vehicle by her caretaker. She barely accepted that the caretaker had used Vaseline to put a parking notice on my windscreen. Refused to accept that this had been done. Wasn’t until I sent evidence that she accept.
Asked to be reimbursed for the cleaning which she refused. Also failed to say ‘sorry’ which would have resolved the situation.
All in all Robyn provides totally inadequate management for Bridgford Place.
We have the following issues that are still unresolved and have been for the best part of a year :
1. Wall in communal areas need painting
2. Carpets need replacing
3. Car park barriers needs to be repaired
4. Lights keep faulting and take forever to be replaced.
5. Outside areas need repairing eg lights etc.
6. Issues with plumbing due to the way the building was built remains an issue. Yet to be resolved.
Despite all these issues the service charge increased this year. Requested a breakdown and I am still awaiting an update.
Total lack of service, management and understanding. Wouldn’t recommend Robyn or IPM
