If I could rate 0 stars I would, cancelled 2 mobile plans with them in 2024 they cancelled 1 but not other charging me until I realised in November 2025 I have been receiving inconsistent bills for years now they sent me a bill in March last year for $1100 then the next month $20 this has been consistent for years I finally had enough of trying to get them to explain to me the high bills when after they upgraded the billing system I went to the TIO asked for a refund if the 15 months I was being charged for a cancelled service they flatly refused and said they added credit to my account, I told them numerous times I didn’t want credit I wanted my money back they went ahead and put the invisible credit somewhere, I’m going to fight them

Myriad of problems that are never fixed

We have had a myriad of problems with iPrimus, the main one being that I can't log in to the website. I have rung several times and managed to get help, but the same thing has happened again. We are being billed, but I am not receiving any emails, except for the soon-to-be transferred Fetch service ( which is overpriced at $15 per month). Now our Fetch is not working properly as we can't record and they are not taking responsibility. We have been abandoned. The language barrier is difficult, as well as it is hard to understand the accents. We are going elswhere!

I’m a customer of approx 20yrs. Loyalty dies not mean a thing to iprimus. You can’t contact them after 545pm or on weekends. I thought they were a communications company !!!!! My issues are too long and the handling has been too disgraceful to explain. ! I implore anyone researching DO NOT consider iprimus for even a nanosecond

Poor After customer care service

After 1.8 years of decent service (nbn FTTP) our connection started dropping and we were offline for hours many days of the week. iPrimus support was terrible. This is been going on for over 6 weeks now and no resolve, they even advised for me to go to another service provider. Very sad and disappointed to be honest

Would give 0 stars if I could. Dishonest company, terrible customer service. Has been billing my card after I cancelled the plan and they brush off and ignore calls. Avoid.

No Help

We only have iPrimus for emails. The cost is minimal. However try to get any technical help and every time it goes nowhere. I have tried for years to get a "send" problem fixed and it is always someone else's cause. Today no email would send and it was a "Telstra" problem and then it was a "Thunderbird" problem. I managed to fix the problem on my computer but my wife still can't send.
Look on the website; it took about an hour to find a phone number to ring.

Be very careful dont get i primus they are hopeless can get anyone to speak English properly if you have a problem you have to fix it with a none speak English person was with them 3 years it would have to be the worst company to deal with id you have problems there is no technician to come and sort it out they have you on the phone for hrs wr try this ok now we try this it is hopeless dont go near this company waist of time i have cancelled they are shit

this is a horrible company after 8 years of taking my money they changed my billing cause there telephone people struggle with english to email so i was late 1 month lit $123 cancel my service than debt collectors.
Be warnef they use people who cant speak english on purpose to decieve at there lesiure.

Changed providers and they stole $

I changed providers (due to billing changes that made it impossible to find/track) and they still took money out of my account months after changing. This is theft! As i shouldnt have direct debit set up.

Called to get a refund, was hung up on & told the accounts team would contact me, which they never did.

Called back again for the refund and make sure they dont just take money out of my bank account again. On hold for 30+ minutes before speaking to someone.

Really bad...

This is by far the worst internet…

This is by far the worst internet provider I’ve ever had. The connection is painfully slow and, at least once or twice every couple of weeks, the internet just disappears for about an hour. Completely unreliable.

Customer service is a nightmare — expect endless hold times, unhelpful responses, and most of the time no real solution. Every single call takes no less than 45 minutes, and even simple things require going through them. The installation process was slow, clunky, and impossible to complete without their involvement.

On top of that, they keep raising prices. In the past two years alone, they’ve increased the cost three times, and now they’ve even added a ridiculous $10 “transaction fee.” For what? It makes absolutely no sense.

Terrible service, expensive, unreliable internet, and the worst customer support imaginable. Stay away.

I just switched providers, and the modem installs and sets itself up automatically, no stress at all. Same speed for half the price. I honestly don’t understand why I stayed with them for so long.

Been with iprimus for 5 years and we literally can’t step out our door to get service, let alone use our hotspot for our autistic daughter.

finally got the wife to let me change providers we are now with Superloop lighting fast 1000/100 mbps really good service and set me up quickly.

If 0 stars was an option I’d be doing that. Worst customer service, it’s like talking to a robot who only knows 5 lines. They have been charging me for a home phone service for 5 years and I wasn’t aware, I keep asking them to change it but every bill they don’t remove it. I spoke to Linda, part of the billing team today and she stayed silent for over 5min hoping I’d close the phone (so it doesn’t look like she’s the one that hung up). Afterwards she came back and refused to acknowledge me and was so rude. Eventually she just hung up without resolving anything for me. I was on this call all afternoon and put on hold for a long time in intervals. A couple of times they unmuted the hold, and it would sound like a party in the Philippines. These services that outsource their customer service communications will be the downfall of their company. I highly do not recommend iprimus. They’re basically a scam. I will be contacting my bank to block them from taking money as I genuinely don’t believe they will stop my service despite telling them to do so. There is no chain of command or any management you can speak to ever. Not even a supervisor. Worst experience ever. I’ve heard Aussie-broadband is good, so for anyone who needs to be pointed in the right direction I hope this review helps.

iPrimus poor customer services and blame games.

I have been with them since 2019 and most of the time are pretty ok, except lately I have been having dropouts and 3 NBN technicians 3 different times analyzing the issues and they said nothing wrong with the line as mine is still ADSL2 (copper) from NBN hub to my premises. They keep saying modem/router faults and bought 2 new modem TPLINK AX1800v and one stage from 17Aug-24Aug running solidly without a drop out. Then on 24Aug dropouts came back again. I have even ordered their router on 11Aug and they took $180 from my Master Card as shown in my statement and they claimed they did not receive the money ?? and in the middle of rectifying this issue and there is no communication of delivery of router/modem, until nearly 2 weeks from 11Aug till now 26Aug I rang to check the modem, and they said nothing was sent, and with the excuse that money not received ... don't know what game they are playing with a good customer like me for 6yrs. I found them very frustrating putting me so many different people, everytime calling them, asking same questions of who I am, where I live, what date of birth ... and then not reading the previous incident history, and keep coming back with this 'router/modem' issue ... it is just going round and round the circle. What a joke and I am in the middle of planning to move away from them, even I have been loyal and happy client for long time. It is NOT recommended to go with them at this rate of bad supports, so whoever trying to go with them, please do your homework first before signing it. Thank you and hope this will help you with my story.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Since changing the way they handle payments the payments every single month that are allegedly direct debit fail every single time. The website is useless, the new link to the “no longer a toolbox” for self service options is non functional. The live chat is a chat bot that is usually non functioning, but he calls every single month are the same banal apology, the 7 days a week call line is in fact not 7 days a week and despite asking for my complaint to be escalated every month when I have to call yet again to fix the same issue as the month before it never is and every month the person I speak to insists that the problem is solved.
I swear they are trying to shut themselves down through loss of customers and revenue that leads to voluntary administration

Really bad customer service

We have been waiting more than 3/4 of hour on the help line so far - they haven't answered yet!!! Repeat tacky music and advice to check the website. If I wanted to do that I would not be ringing. Absolutely appalling customer service.
