Delivery took days and never got an undeliverable notice. Only found out where it was after chasing up TNT. Had to organize my own UBER to pick up from TNT depot. Would not buy again from them if they continue to use the the same freight service

Resposta da IP Trading
I was disappointed to read of the poor experience you had with this order and appreciate you working through the details. My team and I are focused on building long term relationships with our customers and know that customer service is the foundation to achieving this goal. Although TNT are an independent service provider, I will be highlighting this situation with our TNT Account Manager so that they understand the impact on our customers. Please highlight any future time critical deliveries with us and we will select a different delivery method for your order.
We look forward to assisting you and your business in the future.
