IRA Financial had very good information about ROBS set up through videos and very helpful Customer Service support prior to my decision to do my ROBS. My special representative ROBS account support person, Nelza Martin was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful about ROBS start up and ongoing startup questions concerns and multiple phone meetings with me and my banker and previous 401k company.

From the very first email, Maria turned what looked like a complex ROBS setup into a clear, step-by-step roadmap I could actually follow. She was responsive, patient with every question I threw at her, and consistently a step ahead — drafting corporate documents, lining up wire instructions, and sending me exactly what I needed at the moment I needed it.
What stood out most was how she protected my timeline. I came in with a tight deadline, and she treated it like her own — no wasted days, proactive follow-ups, and quick course-corrections (like re-sending a wire request form before it could get kicked back) that kept everything moving. The result: my funding closed ahead of schedule, with no surprises and no missing pieces.
She paired all of that with a warmth that's rare in financial services. Every reply was kind, encouraging, and respectful of the fact that I was making a big move with my retirement funds. If you're considering a ROBS structure, you want Maria in your corner. Five stars without hesitation.

IRA Financial is the best destination for SD IRA accounts
IRA Financial was a little slower to respond on emails and phone calls but outcomes speak louder than actions and the outcome was that they enabled an accelerated investment into a once in a lifetime opportunity pre-IPO investment for me and they did so with record speed, diligence and empathy. I got fiesty at times given the urgency but they kept their calm and the whole team form Jill Brenden in customer service to Shelly in transfer to Brittany in funding to Kaleb in account opening, everyone carried a high level of customer respect, empathy and bias to outcomes and I loved working with them. They've definitely earned my trust and my IRA will be with them forever!

Does NOT answer or return calls at all.
I am trying to close the account as my investments ended up going bankrupt. They do not answer my calls or call me back, but they still know how to take the fee. They also did not have it set up correctly, and did not care as long as I paid the fees.

While Brittany was researching my inquiry, she discovered I had made a clerical error on a previous transaction. The error would have had significant negative tax implications had she not discovered it and corrected it for me. This kind of proactive service is valued and appreciated. Thank you!
