I spoke with both Rhiannon and Keli regarding investment issues. Rhiannon spent a significant amount of time explaining important things to do while setting up a new real estate investment—-she is a pleasant and highly competent professional and a credit to your company. The customer service rep, Morgan A, was exceptionally helpful. She patiently answered all my questions and was very friendly and easy to understand. Additionally, and exceptionally, when our first call was unexpectedly dropped she called me back!!

You people are pathetic. The request to transfer funds was made on the 28th of July FOR AN EXPEDITED TRANSFER. Funds shoule have been transfered on the 29th or the 1st. CAN YOU DO ANYTHING ON A TIMLY BASIS???
