I am the personal secretary of an account holder, so I have lots of interaction with the staff at IRA. I can say with NO hesitation that Morgan and Becky are amazing and make every exchange easy and almost fun. Closing my account
Closing my account. Abject refusal to solve a very solvable problem. Submitted a wire request before noon on Thursday. Only learned the transaction had been canceled Friday when the intended recipient called asking where the funds were. After being on hold and transferred multiple times for over 90 minutes - was told that it was too late to submit a wire request and I would have to wait until next week - even though wire requests could still be submitted for almost 2 hours. This would lead me to miss the deadline for the funding round. Went to my other broker and they sent the wire in about 5 mintues.

Tied up our funds for months
Tied up our funds for months. Said staff changed, then were on vacation. Issuer had to delay closing. Spectacularly incompetent customer service. All emails from anonymous sources.
