I wish I'd read review before I ordered what a sham of a company , after waiting a month I recieved faulty product - clearly from AliExpress !!!!!!
I am contacting bank to get refund and I'm reporting this company to trading standards / ombudsman and anyone else I can

A terrible company! Not Irish at all. The product I ordered did not even remotely resemble what I got! Not only that but this company does NOT provide a return address so I had to email to get one. They still wouldn't give me a return address but wanted to know why I wanted to return the product. Emails went back and forth for days before they finally sent a return address. They have a 14 day return policy and after that they only give 50% back.....which is a joke considering there reluctance to provide a return address! The whole process was very stressful and I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I ordered two 'phone chargers' which I understood would work in two Apple IPhones. However they wouldn't work in the IPhone 11 and so I wished to return one of them. They would not accept the return / would not tell me where to return it to! which leads me to believe that they are not based in Ireland?? Instead they offered a reduction on a future order which is unlikely to happen. Hence, I Will not be dealing with this company again.

A fraudulent claim to call its self Irish Supply. Orders are shipped in from China and at crazy prices. Had I have known this I'd have bought from ebay. 2 weeks ordered, no item yet

My husband bought me the Laser hair remover as an xmas gift. He purchased it in Nov , gave it to me on 25th dec and I only got time ho use it the first week of jan. I followed the instructions but it wont hold the charge. Im been writing to irish supplies since 8th january and they keep on saying they are looking into it.
The item is faulty so I should be entitled to a full refund or replacement but im receiving the same email over and over again, .ie ' We havent heard from you in awhile' ,even though im writing to them every week!!

It’s not an Irish company they order products from China, way overpriced for items got a jewellery cleaner looked like something you could get off Temu or Ali express for €10 it cost me €30 for rubbish

Communication is awful ,delivery time is awful " ill check that and revert " is company line , I'd imagine "irish supply" is to throw people off the fact that products are coming from afar , customers don't have to be so patient and so tolerant, lots of competition for trade with super Communication and quick delivery times , total rubbish

Con Artists, I should have read the reviews first before ordering. The item delivered is rubbish fit for the dustbin. They wont accept returns and only the lucky few might ger a refund or part off.

Complete and other crap, over priced, late, not Irish, broken and faulty on delivery and refusing a refund, a complete joke please avoid

Poor product smelt like crap, plastic and toxic! Overpriced item took three weeks to arrive n I live in Ireland.....so it definitely ain't Irish but is cheap Chinese crap. AVOID!

Scam website. Stay away. Will steal your money and won't send the product. Chinese rubbish and Chinese scammers

I ordered a 85€ product that I never received. After two months now still no refund and nor was I offered a replacement to be sent. No phone number was available to contact irish supply. Very disappointing experience and I will not order again!

Ordered twice from this company, first on 17th December 23 and secondly 7th January 24 and both items never arrived, the customer care is like a robot telling me to respond to my query and when I do it sends the same thing, I'd give zero stars if I could. Definitely feels like a scam I have requested a refund many times now I'm asking my bank to oversee this

Beware this is NOT an Irish company. Positive reviews cannot be legitimate. I placed an order and 3 weeks later my dog beds arrived from Beijing.... I paid 70 each for them and the quality was atrocious. I also ordered a game and a cheaper version that called a random name arrived in its place. I spent 26 euro to register the items back to them. I got my refund however they would not refund the postage costs. They sold goods claiming to be Irish & they werent. Therefore they should have refunded postage fee. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
The blurb on Google would have you believe you are buying from and supporting an Irish company. You are not. The product I bought came from Beijing, China. It was the kind of product that I could have gotten for a fraction of the price from Wish or Temu or Aliexpress or any number of those bargain sites. My product arrived with it's packaging battered and bruised, the box not sealed properly, and the instruction leaflet mashed inside. Absolute disgrace. Do yourself a favour, skip this company and get it cheaper elsewhere.

I ordered my husband a hoover for his camper in November and it bearly arrived by Christmas.

It came with a short lead with a cigarette charger.

It took me a couple of weeks to source an adapter and when I did, the hoover was faulty and would only work when plugged in.

I had charged the hoover but couldn't read the instructions as they were in Chinese 😟.

I assumed Irish supply was Irish/English supplier not a rubbish Chinese supplier.

I am disgusted that this company did not take my word for it. Originally they informed me that I could keep the hoover and they would replace it. Next they requested a video but it was too large to attach

Avoid at all costs!! Placed an order in November for a Christmas Present. It’s now end of January and didn’t receive the order and they refuse to refund me my money.
It’s not an Irish company!!! Everything comes from China !!
