I was introduced to Sustain through my energy supplier, Scottish Power, and have been delighted with the process from start to finish. Throughout the process, starting from the advice and expertise provided for the quote, through the survey, quote, confirmation, install booking, scaffolding installation, then finally the actual installation has been seamless. Nathan and Ashley were great in the quote/order process, whilst the chaps that completed the actual installation were super, very friendly and approachable, whilst doing a very clean and efficient job.

I will admit to being nervous of the process, with many less than reputable firms out there, but I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to use Sustain for their solar requirements.

From the initial contact to final install very informative and professional,on the day 4 young men turned up on time,very polite and helpful,started installation right away and worked all day ,in a clean ,tidy, professional manner,any queries I had ,answered with good information,would recommend this company

Excellent Service from Sustain Solar.
I’m very happy with the solar installation carried out by Sustain. The project started in May and was finally completed in October, including all the necessary certificates. It did take a little longer than initially expected due to the larger unit being fitted, but the overall experience was very positive.
Once the prices were agreed, the whole process was seamless, from the scaffolding going up to the installation of the solar panels, battery and inverter. The engineer and electrician were both professional, efficient and knowledgeable, and the actual fitting work was completed in just one day.
Sustain kept us informed throughout the project and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working as it should. Their communication and attention to detail were much appreciated.
The system is now up and running, and we haven’t used any electricity from the grid since it was fitted, which is fantastic!
Overall, I’m delighted with the installation and the service provided by Sustain. I would happily recommend them to anyone considering solar panels and battery storage. Thank you to the whole team for a great job!

Very good experience, just a little issue with the communication about when they are going to erect the scaffolding and when they are going to pick it up. Apart of that, the installation of the solar panels went smoothly, the explanation about how to use it very good.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The installer arrived at the agreed time and started work straight away. All the work carried out is neat & tidy and no mess was left. I also had a quote done for some additional work and everything was explained clearly and professionally. Once the EV charger install was finished and tested, Alex kindly registered the unit and explained what apps were required and how to use them. Both gentlemen were very polite and respectful of my property. Would definitely use this company again.

Sustain Homes installed our EV charger to be compatible with the solar installation they did for us a few years ago.
The installer was great: quick, tidy, informative and made sure we understood how to use it on the app.
We were very happy indeed with all interactions with Abbie, John and the team.

Although there were some niggling communication issues in the beginning, I cannot fault Sustain and the team for the work they have done. From Ashley's patience, to Antonio's and Ash's swift work on the installation day - this was a good choice for us.

Very happy with my solar panel and heat pump installation through a government grant. After initial delays, Sustain Homes communicated well, answered my questions, and were transparent throughout. I was also able to purchase extra solar panels and a battery through them at a good price. The installation teams were courteous and professional, and I am very pleased with the finished work. I order a solar and battery installation from Scottish Power. The system was handled by Sustain Homes, a Scottish Power partner. The whole process from order to fitting was hassle free, with good communication throughout. On lnstallation day, the men arrived on time, and got on with their work immediately. 8am to 4pm and the work was finished. The two fitters were very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend Scottish Power. 5 stars from me
