Ordered Christmas presents on the 20th of November. Now December 21st and they have not arrived. I have opened 2 support requests and no reply. One of these gifts was from Santa. Absolute will not be ordering from these muppets EVER again l.

I ordered two wireless charging stations from this company and yesterday received a small bag of plastic type bricks. The company is not legit. They claim to be Irish yet the package came from a company in China called Beijing Yanwen Logistics. So please do not order from them. You will be disappointed. What I ordered were Christmas presents that cost 100 euro.

Ann was so helpful with helping me with returning my goods. I felt really looked after as i was conerned about seeing some of these reviews. Then I saw the banner about fake reviews so im guessing they are being targeted by a competitor or something. Got my refund in full and also a gift card for the hassle. I will be back to buy again 100%

Ordered an item early December, still no delivery, keep getting fobbed off with generic replies. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

3 weeks later no tracking number no phone number to call company they don’t reply to emails. Dont use this site folks 100%scam

My foot massager seemed to be faulty, but they stood over their policy and sent me out a brand new one which works perfect, free of charge. Getting some use out of it, its really helping.

The Relief Ring makes my mood calm, and I just can't explain it. I don't know if it's just because of the metal it's made of, but I want to wear it everyday. Try it for yourselves to experience it.

Ordered an item on the 30th of November, still no delivery. Disgraceful and won't be purchasing from this company again.

My order was damaged by the postman who threw it over my gate. I wrote to support and they were helpful enough to look after me and send out another free of charge. Really appreciate this and they didnt have to go above and beyond like that. Very happy

I've been waiting going on 3 weeks for a pair of gloves there's no way this company is irish and based in Ireland I won't be purchasing here again and I'm fed up of sites like theses.

I ordered a product that was not suitable and needed to be returned/ refunded. It has taken over 6 weeks to get refunded after dozens of email's repeating the same request.

This company has the worst returns process I have ever encountered. They systematically ignore your request then offer only partial refunds, hoping to give the least back via their wear you down refund tactics.

I eventually got a full refund after a great deal of effort. Stay well away from this shop who are only masquerading as an Irish online retailer.

So, I got this item from Irish Supply, was a bit damaged but they were on it like a car bonnet. Offered me a new one for free, no messing. The customer service was quick, proper friendly and helpful. They even chucked in a few recommendations for other stuff, which was sound of them. I reccomend these guys..

I ordered 2 lamps for friends of mine for a Christmas present. That's ok. But I wasn't impressed you send them the invoice to want was being paid . I didnt like that . There seem to be a mix up of address for shipping and billing address. I did sent email to one of your colleagues and it still was mixed up. I got the parcel with my friends name and my address and they got a parcel too. The boxes were torn and bashed around the place . I dont like the lamps they cheap looking eventhough they were not cheap and there is no instructions how to set up. I will be putting the lamps in the bin that's all they are fit for . The picture looked lovely. The product is so different. I am embarrassed with my friends . I wont be ordering again. I will have to send my friends a different gift now. I am very disappointed .
