Back Afloat in time for Grandkids
Within a short time after I reached out to IRocker, Brittany replied with a funny engaging message that let me know she heard my concern and that she was asking superiors to find out how they could help me. My IFloat had arrived with a hole near the handle.
Brittany was able to replace the IFloat and had the new one sent directly to my home in Canada.
The service was painless, prompt and to my satisfaction, I got the new IFloat before my grandchildren arrived for summer vacation.
The customer service was very appreciated.

Board bursted after one day of use. I expect better from a "premium" product. My siblings cheap Amazon boards perform better at 1/4 of the price.

I wouldn't ever buy again
I wouldn't ever buy again. I bought two boards and all the grab handles become brittle and wrip off. Not just one....every one. I reached out to them and they said sorry, but we can give you a $75 coupon to buy new ones.LOL Buy another brand....
Aftermarket research help
Phone rep Karli researched where to find replacement pieces (fin and clip with tether security string) for my 2018 inflatable board. A cost-effective solution was found in aftermarket inventory and I've ordered the fin. Back on the water!
I really wanted to write a positive…
I really wanted to write a positive review because I loved using my iROCKER SUP, but unfortunately, after only two trips, there were many areas where the glue was failing, including the piece of vinyl that is the handle for carrying and that is glued to the main body. We just spent multiple hours and $80 on a glue kit from a raft company, hoping this solves the problem, but we are not very hopeful as it looks like many more places on the surface that you stand on are starting to fail.
I called iRocker, hoping they would help me out, but really all they did was tell me that I was out of warranty, not even offering me any constructive ways to deal with the problem, but rather suggesting that we had somehow mistreated the product. Yes, I was out of warranty, but the product had only been used on two trips and for probably no more than four or five hours of actual water time.
Great customer service
I bought three items online and one was added by error. I have been in contact with the customer service to get a cancellation and a refund on the added items. Kurstine reached out and help me. Super customer service and looking to receive the pump and the 10 float.

iRocker iSUP
I ordered a product from this company via their Amazon store as direct from their website was sold out. When my item arrived with a defective piece I was preparing for a hassle via an Amazon reseller but instead found that working with Kurstine in the customer service department was SO EASY! I sent a brief description with an image to them and less than 12 hours later they have shipped a replacement part at no charge. I'd be happy to shop with them again and would recommend this customer service team.
iRocker made it right
I had an issue with my paddle on the 3rd time out, it wouldn't click together. Don't know why, maybe the glue melted causing the inner piece to move... but Brittany at customer support was able to make it right by sending me a new paddle. She also advised me to make sure to dry before storing, which I had done, but I think water got into the interior. If it gets wet next time, I'll make sure to let it completely dry inside & out before putting away. Thank you for your superior service Brittany and iRocker!

We took our iROCKER Island out for the first time last weekend and were very impressed! The comfort and sturdiness exceeded our expectations, and it handled a full day on the water with no issues. It felt stable, well-built, and made for a great floating hangout spot.
My only complaint is that iROCKER doesn’t currently make koozies that work with the magnetic cup holders. Hopefully that’s something they add in the future because it would be the perfect finishing touch.
Overall, we’re extremely happy with our purchase and can’t wait for many more days on the water! 🌊☀️🍻
Amazing customer service
Quick response and extremely kind and helpful. A level of customer service that I have rarely run into, especially as a new first time customer. Would highly recommend purchasing through them to anybody interested in this type of equipment.
Unfortunately my hose broke on my pump…
Unfortunately my hose broke on my pump but I’ve had it for years! They sent me the link for the new hose, ordered it and can get back on the water. Response was fast and had all the info I needed without having to search for what I needed. I love my iRocker and the support from customer service
Excellent communication from staff, quality product!
Excellent communication from staff! Canada Post decided my package needed a 9 day layover, somewhere. CP informed me the package was likely lost in transit. As soon I notified iRocker (Thanks Brittany!) of the non moving package, the package was located by CP and delivered to my door within 2 days. Amazing!
I am looking forward to using my 8ft iLand on the lake this summer. I opened the box and the quality is top notch. Very happy.
I live on Okanagan Lake, the iLand will be getting lots of use and attention! Highly recommend iRocker. Definitely heading to iRocker for future purchases.

So gut wie alle Klebestellen lösen sich nach kurzer Zeit
Nach langer Recherche hatte ich mich für die teuren SUPs von iRocker entscheiden, da mir hohe Qualität und Langlebigkeit wichtig ist und auch zwei weiteren Freunden den Kauf empfohlen, die sich beide bei der Bestellung angeschlossen hatten.
Den Kauf habe ich mittlerweile leider sehr bereut. Bereits nach einem Jahr lösten sich die ersten Klebestellen u.a. am Einlassventil.
Mittlerweile bin ich vielleicht 5 Mal auf dem Board gefahren (stets auf ruhigem Badesee, habe es nach jeder Nutzung gut gepflegt und trocken bei Raumtemperatur sowie geschützt vor Licht gelagert).
Trotz guter Pflege und geringer Nutzung löst sich so gut wie jede Klebestelle. Die Längsstreifen gehen ab, die Ventilöffnung, die Verklebungen an den D-Ringen...
Für den teuren Preis darf so etwas nicht sein, für diesen Preis hätte ich mir ein günstiges kaufen und mind. 2 Mal komplett neu ersetzen können.
Ich bin bei der Wasserwacht, nutze daher normalerweise deren SUPs eines anderen Herstellers, solche Erfahrungen habe ich bisher noch nie gemacht und bin sehr überrascht über die schlechte Haltbarkeit der Klebestellen bei iRocker.
Lösung vom Kundenservice: selber kleben. Sehr schwach für diesen Preis für ein angeblich hochqualitatives Produkt.
Ich werde iRocker leider nicht mehr weiterempfehlen und auch mein neues Board woanders bestellen.

I purchased a CX Ultra 3.0 during Black…
I purchased a CX Ultra 3.0 during Black Friday 2025. I took it out for the Memorial Day holiday and one of the flip pins was broken. I tried taking off the screw to replace the pin but it was not coming off and started to strip. I have reached out to customer service. I did use the board with one fin but it did not track well and felt unstable.

I emailed an inquiry to iRocker with regards to shipping times for an Ultra to Vernon BC. Brittany replied immediately and was most helpful. I ended up ordering 2 Ultras and they arrived in just 2 days! We can't wait to gt out on the lake!

Amazing customer support as usual
We've been diehard iRocker users for a number of years now. It's been the luck of the draw that we've run into some quality control issues with a few of their products. However, working with Kurstine on the warranty support team has made for a really satisfactory experience. My emails were answered quickly and the issues we encountered were rectified without hesitation. This is truly what customer service and product guarantee is about. The iRocker warranty support has always been a good experience for us, and Kurstine absolutely shines in that department.
