I’ve been using this for a few weeks to build better discipline and it’s actually sticking. The gamification part getting points for not skipping days sounds silly but it really motivates me not to break the streak. The workouts are solid and don't require a ton of equipment, which is a huge plus. The app runs smooth for me. Definitely recommended if you struggle with consistency.
It definitely helps me stay off TikTok and not waste so much time. I can just move at my own speed and do the workouts or read some stuff whenever I feel like it. No pressure at all which is nice. It’s pretty good if you just want to follow some routines without someone constantly pushing you.
Getting points for not skipping days is kind of cool, it definitely helps me stay on track. I like how it’s all set up and the whole idea. But it does feel a bit pricey for what you get though. Not sure if I’ll keep paying for it long term, but for now it’s alright.
