This thing helped me with a pretty simple habit, just putting stuff back where it belongs. Sounds silly but it works. I tried to focus on just that for a few weeks and it definitely became more of an automatic thing. My place feels a bit more organized now which is nice. It’s a small change but it’s cool to see it actually sticking.
Surprisingly helpful for managing stress and focus. I like that the exercises are practical and not full of "spiritual" fluff. It’s just simple mental tools to keep your head straight. The audio guides are pretty interesting and give you some stuff to think about. The info is good, but I realized that just listening isn't the best for me. I don’t really focus well when I’m only listening, especially when I’m busy with other stuff. It’s not really a problem with the site, but it’d be nice to have more mixed formats. I guess I just need more than just audio to stay focused.
