Fantastic items to make a water wall for the kids, going to be many many hours of fun with it

I made an order, recieved the items. I wanted to return one item, a ball run around £71. She refused. Around 45 emails back and forth and it ended with a chargeback. The seller is unprofessional...see refund policy on webite where she falsely states a sale item cannot be returned. She was unaware of the distance selling regulations where you can open a product to inspect it if brought online.

She sells pretty things but can be found elsewhere. Junior edition, djeco, little dutch, toy street, smyths is amazing for their sensory section, curiosity corner, the kid collective, tickit...

I have never had to start a chargeback before, but am glad I did.

I've been having trouble finding nice baby toys in the shops in my hometown so decided to look online and found the Petit Boum donut rattles on Isaac's Treasures, and they're just perfect! Very sturdy and well made and they look gorgeous too. And my 3 month old loves them! I also got one of the Hape red bird whistles for my toddler so that he didn't feel left out and that was a lovely item too, and he loved it! The company themselves were quick and efficient with my order and everything arrived in perfect condition. I would certainly buy from them again and recommend them too.
