As you can clearly see from these pictures, the bottle is defective. When you shake it before using—as the directions say—it leaks everywhere. This is now the second defective bottle I’ve bought directly from ISDIN. The expiration date is March 2027, so there’s no excuse for poor quality.
I reached out twice, and your company refused to replace it simply because it was purchased over 30 days ago. That’s unacceptable. Any company that values its customers would have done the right thing—especially for a repeat customer who has purchased multiple products in good faith. Instead, you’ve chosen to hide behind policy rather than show basic decency and stand behind your product.
If losing a loyal customer forever was worth the $30 you refused to make right, then so be it. I’ll make sure others know exactly what kind of customer service ISDIN provides—and I’ll never support your business again.

Cuidado con los packs que promocionan, que es publicidad engañosa, ellos te ponen la botella grande y luego te llega 2ml de producto sin reflejarlo en ningún momento en la descripción. Es una pena que engañen así, siendo una marca tan importante.

ISDIN Photo Eryfotona Ageless product is amazing. Great coverage as a light foundation and then blush goes effortlessly on top. Love it!

I’d leave them ZERO stars if I could - they should be ASHAMED of their customer service! First their app malfunctions, then they don’t respond to my emails (all 4 of them) in any sort of timely manner, and when they finally do, it’s to say oh sorry, it already shipped. Here’s a label so you can waste MORE of your precious time driving someone where to return something to us because we’re slow to respond and care ZERO for you as a customer. There are WAY too many other good products out there to deal with this pathetic level of customer service - 10 out of 10 AVOID THIS COMPANY! Unless you like wasting your time and money on over priced products anyways.

Me compré en la farmacia el FORTALECEDOR DE UÑAS NAIL STRENGTHENER y me cobraron 35€, de los cuales a los 3 días de ponérmelo, el botón naranja que hace que el líquido salga, dejó de funcionar. Lo que significa, que es una estafa a lo grande, puesto que se puede decir.....(alguno a salido mal, pero ya me ha pasado 3 veces y comprado en 3 farmacias diferentes). El problema mayor lo tiene ISDIN que dicho producto, tiene un defecto de fabrica

I ordered $160 worth of product. When the product didn't arrive for weeks I reached out. The response was sorry, it got lost in the warehouse. When I asked for a refund, rather than a replacement they advise one would be forthcoming. On December 19th when I had yet been refunded, they again apologized and said they would escalate my case. Today 1/7 having not been refunded, I reached out a third time. They said the supervisor is investigating. There is nothing to investigate. Their emails admits I didn't receive the product. For such a high end product this is absurd.

Ho comprato parecchi prodotti e ho raccolto molti punti. Chiedo tre articoli il 21.10.
Nel corso dei mesi ho mandato molte mail, senza ricevere risposta.
Il 23.12 mi arriva solo un prodotto di quelli richiesti, a tutt'oggi non so niente degli altri due.

El servicio de atención al cliente no existe. Da igual los correos electrónicos que mandes, nunca te van a responder.

Ho avuto una reazione ad un siero antimacchue di fascia alta, pagato ben 75€ per 30ml, sponsorizzato come " adatto a pelli sensibil" ma contenente un silicone ( Dimethicone), probabile causa della reazione, che ho viato dopo col mio medico. Ho scritto, mi hanno chiesto scontrino, foto, e descrizione minuziosa della reazione. Pensavo fosse finalizzata al rimborso e invece mi hanno fatto una bella pernacchia offendomi un prodotto in sostituzione. A me, che avevo appena scoperto una sensibilità ai loro prodotti? Cioè secondo loro dovevo scegliere dal catalogo un prodotto della stessa fascia. Vergognoso. Meglio dire non rimborsiamo a questo punto.
Metto una stella perché zero stelle non si può.

I received by mail the product not TINTED. I trying to contact by their webside for change, returning, I was not allowed, I contacted by 18622428129, answer machines all the time, living messages, not one call me back, I e mail since 08/6/25, to today I not hear from any one from ISDIN. Thank you!

El servicio de atención al cliente es terrible, sin explicación ninguna tu pedido se retrasa y cuando llamas para cambiar la dirección de envío porque ya no estás en esa dirección no hacen ni caso he igualmente envían el pedido. Se lo entregan a una persona que no sé quién es y cuando reclamas te dicen que consultes con los vecinos que alguien lo tendrá. Increíble el mal servicio con un producto de tanta calidad.

ME SIENTO ESTAFADA Y DEFRAUDADA
Escribía Isdin para contarles mi decepción enorme ya que compré la crema facial factor 50 color bronce, que uso desde hace años, y no se parece en nada a la de siempre.El color es totalmente diferente, incluso la farmacéutica estaba alucinada y molesta porque para ella podría suponer pérdida de clientes. La caja es de un plástico muy delgado, parece que va a romper y ka esponja es enana, aparte que subieron el precio. Me siento estafada porque el.producto es otra cosa diferente y encima que les escribo no obtuve contestación alguna. No quieto saber NADA de Isdin.

As a former beauty founder and loyal skincare consumer, I am appalled by both the customer service and the company’s product policy. I ordered a $50 sunscreen and was shocked to find it expired in just four months. I promptly reached out for a refund or replacement, followed up via email, phone, and even direct messages to their social media—only to be ignored for weeks.
When I finally spoke to someone, I was told a replacement would likely have the same short expiry because their policy is “first in, first out”—meaning the oldest stock gets sent first. This practice is completely unethical, especially when expiration dates are not disclosed before purchase.
Selling high-priced skincare that is near expiration without transparency is unacceptable. As much as I’ve loved the sunscreen itself, I will never purchase from this company again.

En atención al cliente no se dignan ni a responder por la falta de algunos productos

Acquistata su consiglio del farmacista crema colorata protezione 50. Consistenza molto acquosa con fuoriuscita di troppo prodotto alla pressione del tubetto in plastica, effetto colore praticamente nullo, profumazione sgradevole e costo più elevato di altri prodotti di migliore qualità. Se cola negli occhi sono dolori perchà brucia da morire ed essendo praticamente liquida é facile che accada.

I ordered several ISDIN products spending over 300$
The first item I opened was the hylauronic serum and the pump dispenser was faulty.
I notified the company and was instructed to send a video.
I sent a video and then nothing.
Crickets
I emailed again and they said they didn’t receive the video,
I sent again , then again.
I have not heard another thing from them.
I will never order another item from this company again.
Terrible customer service.
After reading the other reviews I do not think they are winning over customers and this will hurt their business in the long run.

Ho aderito per ben due volte alla campagna punti di affiliazione ISDIN, seguendo tutte le indicazioni correttamente, e in entrambe le occasioni il mio ordine è stato annullato senza spiegazioni chiare. Nessuna assistenza concreta, solo risposte vaghe e tempi d’attesa infiniti. Trovo assurdo che un marchio così noto gestisca in questo modo le proprie iniziative promozionali. Esperienza frustrante e assolutamente poco professionale. Non ci sarà una terza volta.

Ordered the Fusion Water Magic SPF40. I (wrongly) assumed it was a clean product, but the four active ingredients are chemicals. Trying to return is painful. The customer service person said the number is on my delivery slip from Isdin (labeled Order Number) is not the order number. I will never buy a product from them. Many other clean options are out there. Also I will notify my derm office who recommended the Isdin products.

I used ISDIN sunscreen last year and loved it. So I bought two new bottles this year (spring 2025) and I either got bad bottles or the formula has changed. It's oily and gross, and I got really sunburned each of the three times I've used it this year (and each time I was wearing a hat, for less than three hours and not in direct sun). I emailed customer service and just got a form letter, not even acknowledging my specific concerns; just stating that since it's been over 30 days I can't get a refund. At $60+ per bottle, one would expect a little more professionalism and service. Next time I'll just buy a $15 drug store brand and be much better off. I'll also let my dermatologist know to stop recommending it. Quite an expensive lesson; but I'll never buy from ISDIN again. Don't trust this company or product!
