I really wanted to like this, but it is so underpowered as to be unusable. Half a stroke and it literally shuts off. It isn't even stable enough to hold a toy and you do the work. Sorry folks. Don't waste your money

I never got a response from customer service about tracking or where my order was. Then it just arrived one day.

The contact us form is not possible to use as it gives errors.

Shipped significantly later than advertised. No way to track the package or get in touch with customer service. I sent an email inquiring on the status to your general mailbox and received no reply. I was about to flag the charge as fraud but it finally arrived. Product is very loud and the motor is weak. Will not be buying another product from here again.

You sent me the wrong item.
Sent me something for $29.99 and changed me $34.99, the price of the correct item.
All my attempts to contact you and solve the issue has been absolutely in wane.

Ordering was very easy and once the product arrived I was very happy with the quality of the device. My only issue was shipping as it took a rather long time and I had to email regarding the shipment status and was never sent the tracking info despite assurances they would send it to me. Ended up arriving weeks later and was listed as an Amazon delivery.

Wrong item sent, and no customer service...
One of the items was not what I ordered. I sent multiple emails and website messages through my account, and got no response.

The part was as ordered and arrived promptly

It came in a very plain box.

I ordered "1 Hismith Sex Machine Portable Storage Bag With Sponge Packaging" but they forgot the "Sponge Packaging" which is custom fit for my Hismith Sex Machine. All I got was an empty bag without any protective padding for dozens of metal parts to clang and dent each other. This experience has taught me to only order parts direct from the manufacturer. I will never order from isexmachine.com again.

Website very suspicious and not professional I dont even know if I got the product I asked for but that said it was delivered even though I asked for refunds multiple times with no response from support they just take your money and run beware of this site scam

what good is it to write a comment when you do nothing about it. they are still in business and look at all the people who still do not have working product that they still do not stand by or fix. put them out of business or make them fix their problem products.

A great product and all the parts, functions, and attachments work perfectly and are of high quality, based on my experience with machines in general, and my experience with similar adult products (attachments).

It was easy to select the machine I wanted from the many they had to choose from. Selecting the attachments was also easy and each item listed the connection type, other ways they can be attached and used OFF the machine, etc. Good website, very easy to navigate and choose products.

The price "seemed" a little high when I was choosing the machine and attachments that fit our needs, but I purchased it anyway. After receiving the products and function testing the machine, I realized it was well worth the price as the machine and attachments are of MUCH higher quality than I expected and/or had experience with in the past from other similar products. The machine is VERY quiet on low rpms. When I mean quiet, I mean you can BARELY hear it. The noise level increases to a quiet level at the mid-range rpms, but is surprisingly quiet even when it's going to town at high rpms. Definitely couldn't hear it if I were in another room on the other side of a wall the machine is in. Very impressive over-all low noise levels. The adjustability is pretty amazing and EASY. The quick-release levers are a nice addition. It slides for different adjustments easily and doesn't require a lot of force and it can also be assembled in an upright position, which I didn't know. The "power" of the machine is also impressive. If you put your hand in the way of the telescoping rod, it will push the whole machine and stand back, meaning it has PLENTY of power and won't stall out or fail to stroke forward, even if met with high resistance. This means you also have to be careful because it's GOING to do what you set it up to do. Adjusting the stroke length is super easy and takes just a couple of seconds. The RANGE of adjustability of stroke depth is LARGE and MORE than enough. On the longest stroke position of adjustability, you get a LOT of depth range. Also worth noting is that the knobs used to adjust the machine's different configurations and depths just need to be "snug". You DON'T have to wrench down the knobs super tight, which indicates a precision machine. Pretty awesome machine. The carrying case is also well put together and can carry the entire machine disassembled in a MUCH SMALLER profile than when it is all put together. Easy to carry and not a giant cumbersome bag. The App is a nice feature and allows the user to find and use TONS of different "action" profiles ALREADY created by others. Just select and go. That feature alone I think is worth the price, considering you can use it on a high-quality machine. All in All, we are very happy with the purchase and the products. I would HIGHLY recommend this machine to anyone interested in taking their toy play/experiences to a hands-free arena. I searched all over the web for other sex machines and I'm fairly certain this machine is the highest quality one available.

You could make it clear that when you order something. It is getting on the slow boat from China. f****** ridiculous.
