I am very impressed with the service. One of my ISOtunes Pro 3.0 all of a sudden stopped working in my right ear. I called and left a message on 7/1. Before I could go online (thinking that I would not hear back before the holiday) my phone range. Today it is 7/6 and my replacement Pro 3.0 arrived in the mail. I actually have 2 of them because I have tinnitus and have found wearing them day or night helps to cut the ringing in my ears. I csn listen to a podcast or a movie and they don't cause louder ringing.

Had an issue with my isotunes suddenly turning off for no reason a few months after purchasing. Customer service was easy to interface and prompt, offered a few troubleshooting solutions and then replaced them and sent a mailing label to return the defective ones. Extremely easy process compared to other returns I've made with different companies

I damaged my (R) Free 2.0 earbud in a chipper shredder and had to order a replacement. Upon receiving it, I was not able to synchronize the pairing of the two earbuds. I contacted Isotunes customer support and spoke with Pat D. She spent time walking me through the reprograming and synchronizing process. After several attempts and work arounds, Pat D. offered to replace the new left earbud with the conclusion that it was the problem. Pat D. sent out the new (R) earbud the same day. Pat D. provided excellent customer support and was great to work with when attempting to assist me.

I have been using ISTunes earphones since 2023 with great satisfaction. I love how they fit, block out the noise of power tools and chainsaws while allowing me to hear voices of others near by, listen to text and voice messages or get notifications of phone calls. Besides work environments they are a wonderful air travel essential. I never get on a plane without them. Lastly, the ISTunes customer service has been exceptional, responsive, professional, and exceeded expectations when I encountered product issues. Money has been well spent on ISOTunes products.

The cheap foam headband is uncomfortable and presses on the top of your head and they don't block as much noise as I was expecting.

Been using isotunes for years. Never had an issue.

Purchasing my second pair and they’re the best on the market. I used the first pair for 2 years with zero issues, only need to buy another because I lost them. I’ll get another pair when I inevitably lose these. If you’re looking at comparable products and are having trouble making a decision, stop here.

Ii never received my earbuds it's been almost 3 weeks to tracking information or anything

Great product and excellent customer service! If an issue arises with the product, they stand behind the product warranty and immediately take care of the problem. I highly recommend buying this company's products.

ALMOST A GOOD PRODUCT
The problem is when am working and there isn't "enough" noise it makes a terible static noise like an old TV

I try to change the settings but it doesn't help. Even if you want to communicate with someone it turn on "hearing protection" mode. So there is no reason for thet let me say it again awful static noise.

If it always was quiet like i tought then it would be decent but its not

There is no app ither

Only person i could see getting use out of thise would be hunters out in the forest but even then i wouldn't trust this shity product with my hearing because the noise protection mode isnt consistant!

All they would need is to program them correctly but they didn't

I like the idea of these hearing protectors but the product is very expensive given that they perform poorly. In candor, they are not any better than inexpensive generic bluetooth earbuds. They are no better than disposable foam ear plugs for sound protection and I cannot hear music or podcasts when I have equipment running. When I contacted Isotunes about my frustration, they wrote back "This model is designed to function similarly to earplugs, providing passive hearing protection while also allowing you to listen to music or make phone calls. This product do not have active noise-canceling technology."

I bought isotunes pro. Terrible piece to use. Bad sound, bad working of buttons. Some times 1 minute before it switch off. Never buy it!!

Nice customer service, but:

The headphones Link Aware were not useful for me. In a loud environment the voices of other people were very often extremely distorted so that I cannot understand them. The headphones came shipped with some mysterious extra cushions inside.

Not convincing, pricey too.

Update on June 30, They send me the correct item. Very nice customer service. I hope they keep it this way.
I will update after I tested it.

I ordered Isotune 3.0 and it came 2.0 very bad customer service. And I was out of town to make for replacement.

Inside earplugs most of them is deformed.

Would never recommend it after it. Very Bad I hope they learn. I hope you improves your service.

Very disappointed.
No smooth fit, Noise cancelling didn‘t work at all, pieces broke after a few weeks, volume is a joke! Just crap!
