Our Repair Cafe ( Charity) needed a PAT Tester
Our Repair Cafe (A Ringwood Charity) needed a reliable, easy to use PAT Tests instrument for use at our events and we needed a great supplier so as we had no hassles with its purchase and on-going support if needed. In November 2024 we chose ISS and have not regretted it. Now we are looking for another tester so of course we have returned :-)

Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. Delivery was fast and they use DPD which i find is the best courier out there. The price was the best around and it even came with a free gift.
Had a slight problem with a test probe breaking, but special mention to Jason he rang me straight away, came up with a resolution and I had delivery of new test leads the day after. Unbelievable service.
Will definately be using these guys again. Many thanks 🙏

The driver didn’t bother to knock on the door he just left it in a vulnerable location
Fortunately we saw him by the time the front door was opened he had gone
This is not acceptable especially if the parcel got stolen leaving the responsibility with the customer & using iPhone picture is no excuse to justify delivery

Very sadly, the weakest link for any online seller is their delivery service, because once the goods leave our premises it's then in their hands to provide the last part of what we strive for, which is the best possible experience to you our valued customer. Sometimes (not often I'm glad to say) things like this happen and the nett loser is actually us by way of your less than favourable review. It's an unfair metric of the Trustpilot system but one that we are forced to absorb.

I want to give a huge thank you to Dan and James for their patience, professionalism, and support throughout the setup process. What started off as a confusing and frustrating experience was completely turned around thanks to their help.
They took the time to guide me step-by-step, answered every question, and stayed committed until everything was working correctly. Even when things got complicated, they didn’t give up on finding a solution — and now the system is finally up and running!

Very sorry indeed to learn that you haven't received your package, as advised we have spoken to our carrier who cannot themselves determine the whereabouts of the shipment, last tracked on 14th May. To avoid any further unnecessary delay to you we have ordered an expedited shipment directly from the manufacturer which you should see very soon.
Again, our apologies for this, logistics are unfortunately the primary cause of any customer dissatisfaction which sadly we bear the brunt of.
