I've purchased a Flir One Pro camera. It was delivered next day. Unfortunately the integrated battery was faulty out of the box. The swap service was organized by Dan and the new camera was delivered 48 hours later. Hustle free, professional, effortless. Will definitely use it again!!!!

Excellent customer service
The communication from the company was pro active in telling me that my order had been placed to late for the cut off and they would be delivering later than i would expected, the refunded my weekend delivery fee and delivered on the day that was confirmed to me.

Quality product, service and communication
When I ordered an MFT and EV adaptor package part of the order wasn't available due to supply issues. I received a very fast telephone call explaining the situation and options available. This was all followed up with email. The remaining part of the order was delivered in the time frame promised. Customer service was faultless and the items were packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. All topped off by the fact the price of the items was very competitive. I would definitely recommend ISS on the strength of this experience.
