Terrible customer service, and shipped from Australa
Firstly, despite this being a UK website, the company is in fact Australian, so your straps will be shipped from the other side of the planet. This is important because when you need to return one, it's going back to the other side of the planet. And iStrap expect you to pay not just to send the strap back, but to send you a replacement too. Remarkable really.
Then there's the customer service. In order to return something, you need to email them, and after a few days of silence they'll get back to you with store credit. Yes, store credit. In Australia. If a product is faulty, and good luck getting them to agree to a return, then they'll swap it for the same product, or store credit, not a refund.
In an age of easy, free, no questions asked returns iStrap is a company from a different era. They remind me of how customer service used to before the likes of Amazon. How they manage to stay in business is truly beyond me. Avoid at all costs.
