Great Villa with excellent pool area. Very nice beach in walking distance. Cooling in every room kept the indoor temperatures on comfortable level.
Rosaria was very helpful and replied fast to our guestions. Visit to Pozallo Center and groceries require a car or 30 min walk.

Wir haben zum zweiten mal das Corten House in Modica gebucht. Es gab wieder nicht einen einzigen Kritikpunkt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hochwertig ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Vom Buchungsprozess über den Aufenthalt bis zum Check Out läuft alles reibungslos. Wir können Isula Travel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden das nächste mal sicher wieder über sie buchen.

Perfect Villa for Individualists – Modern Amenities and Ideal Layout.

We booked this accommodation for a group of six friends. Our goal was to find a house that could offer spacious communal areas as well as maximum privacy for each individual. The villa turned out to be absolutely perfect for this. The booking process in advance worked flawlessly, and all communication beforehand was absolutely exemplary. A big thank you to Isula Travel for the flawless organization, and especially to Francesca for the perfect coordination and excellent service from start to finish.

Location & Surroundings:
The location is overall very good. It was important to us to be close to the sea, near a town (Noto), and close to beach bars for breakfast or a sundowner. A small beach is right on the doorstep. Other restaurants and supermarkets can be easily reached with a rental car.

A big advantage for groups: If you want to play music outside during the day, you don't have to worry about disturbing the neighborhood – the animation program of the directly adjacent hotel is always louder anyway.

House, Rooms & Layout:
The house is very new, correspondingly well-maintained, and offers plenty of space with its seven rooms. All rooms and bathrooms were very clean, comfortable, and equipped with well-functioning air conditioning. Since each room has its own en-suite bathroom, the desired privacy was completely guaranteed.

Particularly interesting for groups: The rooms on the ground floor can only be accessed from the outside with their own key and have no direct indoor connection to the kitchen or the living area. This was perfect for our group of friends – however, for families with smaller children, it is important to know this in advance. The rooms upstairs, on the other hand, function like an independent apartment unit with their own bar, living room, and sea view (though without a separate kitchen).

Communal Areas & Equipment:
The furnishing of the communal areas (pool, terrace, large living area, kitchen, garden, and parking space) is functional, appealing, and easy to maintain. The kitchen is well equipped, featuring two cooking stations, a small dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a coffee machine. Everything was hygienic and clean. Important to note: All basics, from salt to olive oil, etc., must be organized by yourself.

The outdoor area impresses with a clean, pleasantly sized pool including an outdoor shower, as well as plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also a huge rooftop terrace, which is currently un-furnished.

Service & Security:
Our on-site host, Giulia, was exceedingly friendly, always helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Heartfelt thanks to Giulia and Francesca for the wonderful service and hospitality!

Regarding security, the house is equipped with video surveillance – which can be a great advantage for peace of mind, but might be perceived as annoying under certain circumstances. It is best to just ask briefly upon arrival.

Conclusion:
An unreserved recommendation, especially for groups of friends looking for a balanced mix of community spaces and private retreats!

I had a great experience with Isulatravel. The process was simple, the rental was perfect and exactly as it was advertised. The best part was that every questions I had was answered quickly.

De villa is prachtig. Mooi zwembad. Keuken compleet ingericht maar helaas geen afzuiging. Ruime slaapkamers. Fijne bedden. Welkomstpakketje met water etc is prima.
Onze contactpersoon reageerde snel op onze vragen.
Minpuntjes: 1) tuinmannen en andere werklui stonden soms opeens in de tuin, soms van tevoren aangekondigd, maar soms ook niet. 2) bij een verblijf van 14 dagen kwamen de schoonmakers al na 3 dagen, inclusief nieuwe handdoeken. Dit bleek de enige onbetaalde schoonmaak en handdoekenwissel te zijn in 2 weken. Meer was blijkbaar niet inbegrepen in de ruim 10.000 euro die we voor deze villa betaalden. 3) omdat ons vliegtuig vertraging had, kwamen we iets na 20 uur aan. Daarvoor moesten we 50 euro extra betalen. Dat voelt ontzettend ongastvrij en pietluttig gezien de totale huurprijs.
Conclusie; prachtige villa, heerlijk zwembad maar hospitality kan beter.

Ersilia at Isula travel was very helpful throughout the booking experience. We were able to arrive to the villa at 1.15 pm and met the owner Orazio who was also very helpful. The villa was well appointed and in a very quiet and peaceful location. Only neighbours were a donkey and a couple of goats ! Swimming pool was fantastic - nice temperature! A nive part of Sicily !

A great provider, but I booked through Airbnb and was disappointed to have to pay the tourist tax separately (rather than on the system). I also received spam messages which made me doubt how my data was protected.

We booked Villa Maura for a family of four through IsulaTravel for a stay in June. The villa was new on the website and looked idyllic.
We were not disappointed and had a fantastic break, the villa is right on the rocky beach with a short coastal walk to both Marina Di Modica and Sampiere. The villa itself was simply designed but to a quality finish and the small pool with sun deck on the roof is a unique experience! We were all sad to leave.
IsulaTravel were very supportive throughout our booking including arranging car hire for us - Grazie Ersilia! We definitely recommend and hope to return to Sicily again next year.😎

The house was incredible, everything was brand new and curated. Quiet place and surrondings. Couldn’t be better.

Fantastic villa, nice view to the see front, modern and perfect setting, we will definitely come back again, the only inconvenience is the daily cleaning hours at 10:00, too early for me to wake up.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Vogue, located just outside Noto. The villa itself is beautiful, with a stunning view of the sea that made it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Throughout the booking process and our stay, Isula Travel were incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with. Their communication was excellent, and they were always on hand to answer any questions we had.

We would strongly recommend Isula Travel to anyone looking to book a villa in Sicily and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
