We had a fantastic experience with this holiday home provider. The villa we rented was outstandingly beautiful, very well equipped and in perfect shape. We never had a holiday home this perfect. Our contact person, Ersilia, was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond to any questions we had and went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay. The entire booking process was very professional and completely hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Besitzer und einen gut Englisch sprechenden Gästebetreuer empfangen und bekamen alles in der Wohnung erklärt und gezeigt. Sogar ein Prosecco war kalt gestellt und leckeres Mandelgebäck für uns besorgt worden. Auch das empfohlene Restaurant war schön gelegen und bot leckere und frische Fischgerichte an. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll, modern und auf Zweckmäßigkeit durchdacht eingerichtet und war blitzsauber wie neu. Alles war in ausreichendem Maß vorhanden: Toilettenpapier, Spül-, Waschmittel, Handtücher, verschiedene Kissen, Kochutensilien, Gewürze, Essig und Öl, Kaffee, Müllbeutel... Wir hatten noch nie eine so komplette Ausstattung und umfassende Betreuung. Saro war immer über WA erreichbar und gab uns von sich aus Tipps, was wir unternehmen könnten. Die Lage ist umwerfend schön, das Meer liegt direkt über die Straße und man kann die Zeit auf der Terrasse genießen und dem Strandleben und Sonnenuntergang zuschauen. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt mit frischen Backwaren und Pizzabäcker ist fußläufig zu erreichen!

We rented from IsulaTravel very nice, modern and clean house on the beach. Everything was as described and the local care of the host was exceeding expectations. I strongly recommend IsulaTravel as the vacation agency.

Het was een heerlijk huis, we mochten al eerder in het huis dat was erg fijn. Het huis is van alles voorzien. Ook fijn dat er al wat basiszaken aanwezig zijn.
De weg ernaar toe is het laatste stuk onverhard. Maar met normale auto begaanbaar. Er is fijn contact met de host, snelle reactie op vragen.

Communication with Isulu Travel was excellent from start to finish. I always received timely updates whenever action was needed on my part. Ersilia is incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive. I appreciated that I wasn’t flooded with messages, yet always had all the important information at hand. Everything felt smooth and well organized — I can highly recommend Isulu Travel!

La casa teoricmanwte perfetta aveva luci rotte, prese penzolanti, luce che saltava, piscina piena di guano, ed era palesemente ancora in fase di migliorie. From the moment we connected with Isusla Travels, everything was handled with warmth and professionalism. Ersilia went above and beyond, helping us find the perfect villa and sharing fantastic local recommendations that made our stay even more memorable.

Villa Ida itself was extraordinary. When our group of 15 friends from Australia arrived, every single person said the same thing — “the photos don’t do it justice.” The villa is simply stunning — spacious, beautifully renovated, with incredible gardens and a pool area that made every afternoon feel like a private retreat.

Set among the rolling countryside near Modica, it’s the kind of place that balances luxury with soul, where mornings start slow, and sunsets seem to last forever.

Close to Ragusa, Scicli, and Noto, we explored incredible baroque towns and beaches, yet always looked forward to coming “home” to Villa Ida.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Ersilia and Isula Travels, for making it all seamless — we’ll be back without hesitation.

I booked with this company through Booking.com for 12 people, but due to issues with their settings (which they admitted to me both in writing and with photographs and then proceeded to gaslight me by saying there was nothing wrong with their settings after just admitting it...) they had it for only 6 people. They refused to amend the booking and told me to pay another 1,200 Euros, or find another accomodation! This is less than a week until the trip for 11 adults and a baby, and the property being fully paid for. Their tone when discussing this was less than professional and they tried to blame me for making the reservation correctly. I was SHOCKED by such behavior, especially because this was not my fault whatsoever. They don't include information about electricity charges after a certain point, or that you will be video surveiled (no information on who watches this, if it stored, how long it is stored etc.). Their cleaning fee on Booking is more than through their website which further shows they are not to be trusted. I also took issues with some contract stipulations... If I were you, I'd get the contract from them before sending ANY money.

Edit to respond: i provided Asula with the confirmation email for 12 people and Booking.com also sent them the confirmation that it was booked for 12 people. More lies and no responsibility taken. Would add photo proof if i could.

Wonderful place, close to the beach, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for family or group of 4-6 friends.

I was very impressed with the customer care right from the beginning. Any query made was immediately and politely addressed.
The house too was beautiful and comfortable. Easy to reach as we had a car and moved around the area. Supermarket and beach nearby was also really good.
If I could give some suggestions, it would be to have a chair in the new, beautiful, upstairs bedrooms. And maybe a little more basics in the kitchen, like sugar.
When we did have a request for a kettle, it was immediately answered and we really loved this.

Peaceful & stylish Villa (Villa Vogue Retreat), fully equipped , and conveniently located to everything. Definitely the perfect chill-out retreat. Highly recommended.
