This review is for all travelers…
This review is for all travelers considering a trip to Italy: stay away from this agency. In our experience, they are dishonest and unprofessional. We disputed the charges with our bank and, after nine months, the bank ruled in our favor and reimbursed us—out of their own funds—because the agency submitted fake documents to Visa International. The bank only realized this after the decision had already been made and still honored the refund. The entire process was exhausting, especially because the agency falsified the trip’s terms and conditions. To be clear about what you should expect: No quality accommodations No fridge, no drinking water No private transportation Daily walking for up to 9 hours, and you may end up having a good time out of all for 1 hr max but bads continue further Guides consistently arriving 30–40 minutes late, claiming they live far away and need to take buses or trains—completely inexcusable This was not the relaxing, well-organized trip that was promised. We were told we would have 4–5 star accommodations, which was simply not true. When we raised concerns about the poor lodging and late guides, the agency blocked us on social media and responded on WhatsApp only after long delays. If you unfortunately end up booking this tour, do not check in upon arrival at their awful accommodations—this helped our dispute case, as it did with ours. They place travelers in extremely cheap hostels (such as YellowSquare) that have many fake reviews, bed bugs, moldy bathrooms, and shared toilets between men and women. When you complain, the hostel staff say it’s the agency’s responsibility and admit that the rooms are old and facilities are shared. To make matters worse, the agency threatens customers via email if they post negative reviews. Remember: as a customer, you have every right to leave an honest review—whether it’s here or even on platforms like Temu. One final note: if they attempt to harass or intimidate you, feel free to reach out to me. I have social media platforms with 5–7 million viewers per video, and we can gather and present evidence just as my bank did. Bottom line: stay as far away as possible. I wish everyone a comfortable, enjoyable journey elsewhere. 🙂
