i I purchased codes for the Gear Up Booster app from your website. The code is supposed to work globally, anywhere in the world, but when I try to use it, I get a region error. This problem has been ongoing for 3 months, and you have provided no solutions—even after contacting support. I purchased codes for different categories totaling $20 or more. Your site is completely untrustworthy.

Order ID: #151591

I am very disappointed with this experience.

My order was delayed.
I also sent a valid OTP, but shortly after I noticed suspicious login notifications on my account.

Additionally, I was asked to communicate via Telegram or WhatsApp, which is not appropriate for a secure service.

I feel that I am being ignored after payment, and this is not acceptable.

Please resolve this issue immediately:

*Either complete the order safely
*Issue a full refund

I do not care about the small amount, but I will not ignore this situation and will continue to report and review my experience publicly if it is not resolved.

I expect a clear response as soon as possible.

Multiple orders stuck on "Processing" and ignoring customer messages!

This is my second order (#143745) placed on April 15, 2026, for the Honkai: Star Rail - Express Supply Pass, and it is ALSO stuck on "Processing" just like my previous one.

I even sent a direct message to the Orders Department on April 17th stating "order is not finished," but I have received absolutely no response and the items are still not delivered to my game account. The customer service is completely unresponsive. I strongly advise against using this platform until they fix their delivery and support systems.

Honestly, this was a very bad experience with this website. I purchased codes assuming they were “global” and would work in any country, but after completing the payment, I discovered they are region-locked and don’t work for me at all.

I contacted customer support multiple times, but there was no response. And when they did reply, they didn’t provide any real solution or help resolve the issue.

There is clearly no proper customer service or willingness to fix their mistake. Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend dealing with them.

Delays, Lost Money, Zero Communication, Disingenuous Image Obsessed Company

In the background, someone inexperienced and incompetent is not doing their job. I am from a well-known presidential family AND a legal professional - Obama level presidential and I wish I were joking. My identity being sensitive will not be subject to checks, regardless of the ToS. Family operates on a different protocol. They will only attend to you when you complain not because they are conscientious, but because they want to avoid a bad reputation and poor PR. That to me should tell you everything about the company. Rules should be enforced uniformly - management shouldn't just wake up one day and decide to ask for verification. Thus ends my relationship with item4gamer. If you had the same experience please respond below and we shall see about filing a legal complaint. This is not how to run a company nor treat people some of whom may be unwitting VIPs.

Bought a pack of 2000 cod + 2000 they…

Bought a pack of 2000 cod + 2000 they said its not available why is it then on the site and they want to give me 2400 instead do you think im dumb or what?

Asked for a refund multiple times to my bank they just straight ignore it also did send messages in whatsapp no replies back dont buy anything here.

Edit: no replys from the support there goes my money. Dont buy anything here.

They are not allowing me to send any messages on the site they blocked me doing that well I will never see my money again please dont trust this site.

Edited: after a long time I found a way to get in touch with the support since all the options on the site to contact them none of the options works expect the telegram one after couple of days later I got offered to get 2400 cp.
wouldn’t recommend to buy her from 1 star to 2 star since I got at least something.
