Just Stay away!
I ended up opening account with with them in 2018. They are very good marketing the idea they you can make lots of money in trading quickly with their "help". One should ask them why they are not billionaires then by trading themselves? After opening a account with them you get called by your manager who's sole purpose is to make you to trade as much as possible and as big as possible. They also tell you to teach you everything you need. They teach you enough so you can lose your money quickly.
Why they'd like to loose your money? The broker get their money from the spread in the price, but this broker also takes the opposite site of your trade. So your loss is their gain literally.
I was able to get my money back quickly enough. Maybe because I used credit card and I could challenge them via credit card company if they declined. I don't know if they are doing anything illegal but they are definitely borderline criminal.

Ma come è possibile che questi truffatori stiano ancora lavorando sul mercato Italiano dopo tutte queste recensioni negative!!
Ma dopo una serie di denunce ricevute (tra cui anche la mia...) e recensioni, perchè gli organi preposti non intervengono per farli chiudere così da evitare che altri clienti finiscano nelle mani di questi filubustieri spregidicati e incapci.
Perchè dopo tutte queste recensioni serie su un sito serio come Ttrustpilot ancora nessune interviene se di fatto hanno un peso questo recensioni.
Qualcuno mi può dire se questi trffatori operano ancora sul mercato Italiano?
Perchè non sono ancora falliti e sopratutto perchè dopo tutte queste denunce non sono ancora stati arrestati tutti quelli che operano in questa società?
Cosa si deve fare oltre alle denuce per mandarli in fallimento e farli ARRESTARE!!!!

Spam calls and emails!!! I have asked many times for them to stop calling me as I am no longer interested and they start shouting down the phone at me being SO rude! I have opened an account with Itrader recently.After you make your deposit you are called by an allocated account manager which will try to force you to put more money into your account without even being tried and earned something.
All the process is stressful as you feel being forced instead being helped to build on what you have.
I have tried to get my money back and close the account and I still haven't managed to do that because the so called account manager left me with the trading account opened being put in the position of not being able to withdraw my deposit because of this.
The problem is that the support team are avoiding to resolve the matter saying that the trading account must be closed first... I have tried to contact this account manager which is not responding my emails and refusing to resolve this situation.
They do not care about clients, they just want to fill their pockets with the profits made with your money.
I find it difficult to understand why are they avoiding to process my request?
Why is so difficult for a support team to resolve a client issue?
Why are they calling themselves safe company and regulated by financial institutions?

Datemi un indirizzo email dove spedirvi il mio IBAN per la restituzione dei soldi che avete indebitamente frodato e se non lo fate succederà quello che vi ho già detto potete stare certi.

Peggio di una setta religiosa. Con un insistenza al limite delle molestie, una volta aperto un conto non ti mollano più neanche dopo esplicita richiesta formale. Ti telefonano anche 10 volte dietro fila ogni giorno con toni aggressivi per convincerti a buttar via più denaro e non accettano no come risposta. Non restituiscono il saldo del conto e non ti consentono di chiudere. Inoltre raccolgono una preoccupante quantità di dati sensibili dell'utente. Non mi capacito di come possano essere lasciati operare in questo modo, bisogna fermarli. Ed è inutile che replichino di essere regolamentati e autorizzati, nessuno autorizza o tollera un business model così vergognoso ed eticamente scorretto al pari di molestie e circonvenzione. In settimana andrò a denunciare alla polizia postale e invito tutti a fare altrettanto, aziende come queste vanno fatte chiudere senza appello. State alla larga da itrader.com, avvisati.

My experiences with ITRADER.COM are exacty the same as Sven van Oyen. Only one exception. ITRADER.COM would not refund my €250 because the Compliance Department of ITRADER.com did not accept my proof of payment from my bank account which was very specified. The phone calls and emails of the customer support team were very agressive targeting on dealing with their web platforms. Customer Support put you under a lot of pressure to deal with their trading platforms by stalking you on the phone and email on a daily basis.

They are very persistent in getting you to trade on the platform (because that will make everything even harder for yourself).

I requested a withdrawal, but I'm not getting my hopes up. To help others over here I immediately opened a complaint at the AFM (Dutch Financial Authority), the creditcard company and the Police. We'll see if I get my €250,00 back, but let's make sure this company disappears."

Sono ladri! spero finiscano tutti in galera perchè truffano e rubano tutto quello che investi. In pochi giorni ho perso 6000 €. Inizi con 250, poi cominciano a fare stalking telefonico affinchè versi altri 1000 € e poi 5000 facendoti credere avrai in pochi giorni guadagno. Fanno il giochino che quando versi il tuo guadagno aumenta, ma quando ti rifiuti di versare altri soldi, ovviamente il tuo conto scende rapidamente. E allora ti dicono che per risalire devi versare,,,versare...e ancora versare!!! chi non lo fa, perde tutto!!! Più gli ascolti e versi e più perderi!!! LADRI E TRUFFATORI

Mi chiedo xchè la Consob non chiuda il loro sito di investimento! Come sempre all'inizio sono gentili e ti chiedono investimenti relativamente piccoli poi ti affidano un broker incompetente (ma di fatto è strategia aziendale) che ti manda in negativo e ti chiede di investire altri soldi per riportare il tuo saldo in positivo. Di fatto il saldo ha continuaoto ad aumentare in negativo per il loro guadagno fino alla perdita dell'intero capitale di oltre 60.000.
DENUNCIATELI A TUTTI GLI ORGANI COMPETENTI E STATE LONTANI SE NON VOLETE ESSERE ROVINATI. PERCHE' I SOLDI NON VI SARANNO PIU' RESTITUITI.

I am extremely new to trading on the Stock Market only 1 week and chose Itrader. I signed up with 0% knowledge or experience hoping to try and make some extra income. I received a very, very basic course over the phone for about 30 minutes, and they had me traing on currencies... After this i decided to give myself a crash course over the next 3-4 days. I researched myself what a 'Swap' was, what candle sticks, shadows & tales are, buy and sell margins, minute - hour - day - month trades, when markets were open to trade on are etc. These are all the very basics i should have been taught before i started trading.

As of the End of this week 15/11/19 i made myself a little over £110 profit, but that was pretty much all down to my research on Stocks and learning the Itrader platform. I have yet to try and withdraw any funds back from Itrader so this review will be updated and the rating changed dependant on how the withdrawal goes

Several emails a day, keep blocking but still get the spam the next day.

Sehr lästige und freche Support Mitarbeiterin ruft andauernd an und versteht nicht dass man nicht angerufen werden will. Völliges NO GO.
Und dann fordert sie einem auf Konto zu löschen wobei kein Funktion hierfür bei Konto eigenschaften vorgesehen ist.
Der schlimmster Support dem ich je erlebt habe. Itrade - Nie Wieder!

Update: I managed to get all my money back and my account deleted. Thank you Mastercard, Rabobank and the Police for helping me. Don't deal with these tricksters.

Inderdaad je wordt steeds gebeld. En nu wil ik mijn rekening opheffen maar dat gaat niet. Nergens op hun sites kun je dat. Ook niet in je profiel. Waardeloos een ster is al teveel.

Tip: ga nooit in zee met mensen uit cyprus 9/10 zal dit met criminele activiteiten te maken hebben. Juridisch stappen hebben geen tot weinig zin. Ook ik ben geld kwijt geraakt door iTrader.

Spam emails multiple times a day with no unsubscribe option

I have not used his outfit but they send me five e mails a day purporting to be a good company which clearly they are not.
It is impossible to unsubscribe from their rubbish.
