I entered a review of ITrader two months ago in which I stated that i had used Itrader before and that I will use them again in the future. They then contacted me and they have offered me all kinds of help and advise to make my future trading as sucessfull as possible.They did this with no prompting and as a total suprise to me. I cannot speak highly enough of the company and the way in which it deals with its clients.I am looking forward to my future trading sucesses. I can very honestly stand by my 5 star review as I feel that it is well earned.

i lately placed here a review with complaints about the company, one of the company contact me and dealt with the complaint with an extortionately & outstanding passion & fairness!
therefore i dont have any more issues with the company and happy to work with them in the future!

Heb goede ervaring bij itrader. Ben 79 jaar en erg onervaren in de aandelenwereld. Ik begrijp vaak niet wat er wordt bedoeld. Maar mijn accountmanager Ella Z heeft veel geduld met mij en dat waardeer ik zeer. Tot nu toe heb ik winst gemaakt en dat had ik nog niet verwacht. Christina.

I deposited £195 initially. I then decided to change my mind and requested to withdraw my funds. I am only going to get back £153!!
I got charged for withdrawing my own money !! WTH !! That seems to be one nasty and deceptive way of making money from your clients who work hard to make it.

Since writing my review ITrader.com have acted upon my feedback and decided to resolve my complaint by returning my remaining £42. I now feel satisfied and changing my star rating from Bad to Average.

Made an account few days ago as I saw advert in google. As I hovered around the interface, I didn’t liked a single bit of features and did not continue to make full account.

Since than I’ve been getting calls after calls and this morning I got call from one of the staffs from 020 number who asked me if I made account? I said yes. I told him that it’s not very convenient to speak and I told him I don’t want the account.

The staff I spoke to was rude and unprofessional. Not sure why most traders got ego problem.

Awful expirience...... I initially read about this and decided to open an account to find out more! I got to the point of them asking for £190 initial investment. I decided to then look at reviews before investing. After reading some of these I decided not to invest and proceeded to close my account.
I am now subject to spam phone calls every day starting at 8:15 every morning up until 8 at night from different investment companies. This totals on average of 15 to 20 a day. It's only been a week and I'm now having to consider changing my number.... Its relentless. It doesn't matter if you block the number, another number will pop up next time. I contacted the customer service and they said they don't sell details onto other companies..... Really?

Thank you all for saving me from being scammed. Also, I am sorry for hearing the news how others have been scammed and lost hard earned money to these.

Interestingly, I got a pop up and started reading about it. It looked so facinating that I signed up and was about to pay them. Learning from past mistakes I thought of googling this company and got alerted. I immediately terminated the transaction. As informed by other fellow mates,in not time I got a call for a so called humble agent who was pretty polite introducing him to me. But I stopped him there and I said sorry to say but I have dropped the idea and changed my mind. I was so astonished to hear his voice and picth changing while listing to my words and trust me he said in a high pitch "when you just now registered how can you cahnge you mind". In the heat of the moment I decided not to waste time arguing with him and I dropped the call and also blocked his number. Its a shame that in the UK market companies like these exist with such frustrated salesman's/ agents. God saved me but please please trust these words and dont go ahead on this portal.

Itrader.com is a scam please don't get sucked in i trusted the account manager and got conned out of over £1500 the platform they use just spits out numbers to steal your money i am taking legal advice on how to get my money back the only thing itrader can do is wait till my solicitor gets in contact cheating scum bags

Joined ITrader, opened the account put £200 into it. Was told my account manager would call me to show me how to trade. After that I had calls from several different people from different companies all harassing me to add more money to the account. After a week if this i'd had enough and asked to close the account.
That went through ok until I found out that I've only got back £158. ITrader has taken £42 for the privilege of harassing me.
Never again will I be scammed.

I was interested in learning a little about trading, so simply logged into itrader months ago to see how it all worked, I never used the service, never even filled in my profile details and never opened an account!!! Yet I get endless weekly calls from itrader reps — I explain I don't have an account and they all say in order to stop the calls I need to delete my account — but there is NO OPTION TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT ONLINE OR ON THE PHONE!
The callers all claim each time that there is. But there isn't!!!
The calls are now causing me a great deal of anxiety and stress, I block the phone numbers each time someone calls but it never stops the calls coming through — now the numbers look like mobile phone numbers and as they call me on my business mobile, I can't NOT pick up the phone as it could be a business call... This is harassment and this company needs to be investigated by trading standards, as it's beyond frustrating and simply wrong as I feel helpless to stop the calls.

Enter Customer ID?.. - I DON"T HAVE AN ACCOUNT so I don't have an ID!!! You are harassing somone that literally looked in your shop window, decided it wasn't for them and walked out!

Waar te beginnen. Ik herken me in de vele klachten op trustpilot. Je doet mee met 250 euro omdat er een verhaal rond gaat waarbij je snel rendement kunt ontwikkelen, vervolgens wordt je gebeld door een zogemaamd accountmanager (George V, meerdere keren benoemd op dit forum; zijn communicatie gaat werkelijk alle perken te buiten) en verleidt tot storten van nog 5000euro. iTrader laat je documenten digitaal ondertekenen waarbij je volledig wordt misleid. Ze laten checkboxen aanvinken en zaken verklaren die volgens hen niet relevant zijn. Alles wordt gedaan om je geld te laten storten. Na een klein succesje wordt je verleidt om over te gaan tot nog forsere stortingen. Opnieuw laten ze zaken ondertekenen en wordt je zo bespeeld dat je eigenlijk 'gek zou zijn' om deze kans te laten lopen. Je wordt daarna dagelijks om het uur gebeld tot je er gek van wordt! Ze wijzen je op een gevaar omdat het percentage dekking kritisch wordt en met het gevaar van verlies van alles dwingen ze je om nog meer geld te storten. Alles is nu weg en ik ben me aan het beraden hoe dit juridisch aan te vechten. In ieder geval moet dit stoppen! Blijf ver weg van itrader en als je George of Richard aan de telefoon krijgt: direct ophangen en alle contacten verbreken, hoe lastig dit ook is, want ze zijn zeer vasthoudend!

In aansluiting op mijn vorige review wil ik nu melden dat iTrader het totaal bedrag van € 250 heeft terugbetaald.
Ik moest wel een beetje opdringen, maar dat viel mee.

Heel erg goede ervaring gehad bij itrader.
Ik werd meteen begeleid door mijn accountmanager Lars en hij nam mijn financiele doelen heel serieus.
Hij vertelde mij meteen een groter bedrag te storten vanaf het eerste gesprek (maakte mij erg sceptisch).
na lang twijfelen toch de stap genomen...
Tot nu toe heb ik al veel meer bereikt dan mijn doel ooit was en ik had gedacht te verdienen.
Af en toe kon mijn accountmanager erg pushen wat ik erg vervelend vond.., maar begreep achteraf altijd wel waarom hij dat deed.

Pure oplichterij! Ik was zo stom om na het lezen van allerlei nep-artikelen € 250,- te storten. Kreeg al snel door dat het criminelen waren en heb inmiddels (vrij snel) € 200,- terug gekregen Die € 50,- 'withdrawel fee' ben ik kwijt. Leergeld, prima investering.

Il 10 dicembre e' stata pubblicata la notizia: Consob ha vietato alla Ltd Hoch Capital ( proprietaria di Itrader.com )di svolgere attivita' finanziarie in Italia. Perche' leggo di cittadini italiani ancora truffati dopo quel 10 dicembre? Meritano la galera a vita!
Anch'io ho denunciato, anch'io sono stata truffata perdendo tutti i miei risparmi. Ma arrivera' il giorno in cui la magistratura italiana ci rendera' la giustizia che avanziamo! Io sono fiduciosa! A tutti: alla larga dalle societa' che fanno capo alla Ltd Hoch Capital che secondo me sono diverse dietro una miriade di nomi. Ai truffati come me: non scoraggiatevi e non incolpate voi stessi perche' avete avuto a che fare con gente senza coscienza! Ai magistrati italiani: fate presto e siate efficaci in maniera esemplare!

Gisteren een account geopend en ook ik ben al een aantal keer gebeld gisteren. Zijn ze overigens heel snel in.

Vandaag ben ik gebeld door de account manager die zei dat hij met mij de stappen zou doorlopen incl. de vragenlijst want het is zijn taak om dat met mij te doen. Bij sommige vragen heeft hij mij het antwoord gegeven.

Heb vandaag ook een storting gedaan van €215,-.

Na hier op de site de vele negatieve reviews te hebben gelezen besloot ik mijn geld op te nemen.

Ik was nog niet zolang bezig met de gegevens invullen en ja hoor de telefoon gaat. Ik kreeg een jonge dame aan de telefoon die mij ervan probeerde te weerhouden om een terugstorting te doen. Ze kunnen dat zien en bellen gelijk op.

De dame vertelde mij ook dat het mij €50,- zou kosten. Ik heb gezegd dat ik mijn volledige €215,- terug eis anders ga ik aangifte doen. Ze reageerde boos en zei doe maar en hing boos op.

Ik wacht even af wat ITRADER gaat doen en of ze het volledige bedrag gaan terugstorten. En aangezien ik geen gebruik heb gemaakt van hun system. En op dezelde dag als de storting weer mijn geld opneem. Lijkt het mij niet meer dan fair dat ITRADER dat ook netjes doet.

Net als velen (de meesten) van jullie: Eindeloos gebel vanuit half Europa en als je opneemt een of andere tot sociopaat opgeleide snevel die koste wat het kost zijn programmaatje afdraait. Had blijkbaar ooit een demo-acct geopend, en op mijn maning het account op te heffen natuurlijk geen sjoege.
Vanochtend toch maar weer eens de telefoon opgenomen en voordat het acct. opgeheven kon worden wilde de dame a/d overzijde eerst het hele program met me doornemen. Het resultaat was, dat ik in plm. een half uur naar mijn ideal-site werd geleid!!!!! gepaard gaande met veel gezwam en regelmatig wegvallen omdat haar manager over haar schouder de operatie leidde.
Ik heb in arren moede (jazeker, andere tijden) het gesprek afgebroken en ben op internet gaan zoeken, en vond toen deze site.
Deze gasten draaien allemaal hetzelfde lesje af, zijn erop getraind je niet in het gesprek tegemoet te komen en hun hypocriete, nietszeggende Walt-Disney-reacties op jullie reviews (O, wat zijn we toch politiek correct, jazeker!), ik moet ervan kotsen.
Weest dus ook namens mij gewaarschuwd, lieve mensen, er zijn betere en leukere manieren om aan geld te komen en het te besteden. Met speciale dank aan degenen die aangifte hebben gedaan of dat van plan zijn, alhoewel ik van de AFM ook niet veel verwacht.....

Some stupid worker of iTrader called me and telling me that I made an account so she will keep calling me. I mean what the heck! When Im telling her Im not interested, she kept saying but you have an account. I was like girl go delete my account. Leave me alone, people are not stupid to trap in this stupidi!

Keep away. They are scammig you!
Please dont use them. You will loose money. The registration process, the scam article, the call center, the videos - everything is 100 % professionally made. I invested the minimum amount. 215 euro. That is money I will never see again. But I'm more concerned about the Pic of my drivers license. Stay away!!
It is my first time being scammed. These guys are good!!

As I cannot reply to your review below, I will update my own post.
The first issue I have with iTrader is the way you get people to your site. You post very well written and perfectly made false adds to facebook (and I'm sure other places). People (like me) is led to think they are watching a common online "news paper" well known in their own country. The add is made up, the people you refer to has no knowledge of the involvement. Like this example: (Well, cannot post link in this forum, but google "sophie elise trading" and you will get the Norwegian scam). You lure people into your site on 100% false basis. This is fraud!
Then you sign up to maybe "test it out" and you are called at once and assisted through the trials of the sign-in process. Here you are guided through a lot of questions that you have to answer correctly to to be able to create a process. If you think of a wrong answer, you will be told to answer something else, or the profile will not get approved.

It's not that you can lose funds in trading I'm questioning. Everyone knows that. But you lure people onto your site with false statements and "pretend" ads.

I will give it to you, you are very good!
The way the ads are made, impressive.
The helpdesk awaiting for victims signing up is well done. The guidance we get is highly efficient. But it's all in a bigger scheme for taking money from people without meeting expectations put forward. You scam people, it's as simple as that. Shame on me for getting fooled, shame on you for not having a better way to provide a living for yourself. You're just a bunch of criminals hiding behind a company in Cyprus. And we both know why it's registered in Cyprus - because you avoid prosecution.

PEOPLE, DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE GUYS!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. If you are serious about trading, use a professional site. Ask your local bank for advice.
