Ordered these for my daughter she had been nagging me for ages they came super quick and are even more gorgeous than she imagined! They fit perfectly and the fur lining makes them cosy for these colder days. My youngest wants a pair now! Recommend them to everyone she’s had lots of comments on them already

Placed an order for an outfit for my daughters first birthday. Had a response from ‘Katie’ stating I need to contact Royal Mail. I have ordered from ‘Itty Bitty’ it is down to the company to investigate.
Very disgusted with the service, and the way it situation has been managed.
My money was taken without goods being delivered.
Very untrustworthy company, would not recommend.
Very upsetting and left without an outfit for my daughter’s birthday at last minute.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased clothing from here and have certainly not been disappointed at all the quality is amazing and I certainly recommend this company say to friends and family and will definitely be ordering again

I ordered a birthday vest , head band & tutu for my daughters 1st birthday .
Pictures shown a lovely full tutu & I thought it looked fab .
I’m absolutely disgusted with the quality of this suit !
It looks like it’s from China & cost £1.99
The tutu is tiny in length & got 3 very thin layers of cheap see through material, the elastic band round the waist looks like it’s been hacked at then we get to the head band , it’s been poorly put together & the gold bow is just about attached with 1 ting tac.

I paid £4.99 to receive this shoddy cheap nasty workmanship & then asked to send it back recorded delivery costing me again so in total I’ll be over £10 out of pocket & have nothing to show for it .

Me & my friend was looking forward to ordering some Christmas clothes from this company for our children but I strongly recommend you look at other companies before wasting your money with these & being left very disappointed with the cheap tat you’ll end up with !!

Beautiful dresses, I ordered two, one for my 8yr old daughter and one for my 2yr old daughter and they looked amazing ! Good quality&value for money! I would definitly recommend!

I ordered products as gifts for my friends children. The order never arrived when I expected and I followed up through contact us. The response from 'Katie' was less than helpful as she asked me to contact Royal Mail as she said the parcel was delivered and that they never had any problems with Royal Mail delivery which from reading other disapointed customer reviews was not correct. Katie sent me a link which clearly stated that the sender should follow up not the reciever for delivery disputes - even if Royal Mail did speak to me I was given no tracking information or proof of delivery. Needless to say I will never use or recomend this company & can honestly say I would have expected better distributers for Fifi & Friends products - I only purchased from Itty Bitty because Fifi & Friends site was out of stock. I have never recived the parcel & have contacted Itty Bitty and recived no response. Disappointing service from independent retailers such a shame.

I made an online order to which i then decided i wanted to change and in the end decided i wanted to cancel. I was a difficult customer but Rea from IttyBittyKinis was very helpful.

I was provided a full refund.

After ordering my son a cute little ruck sack I received a lovely email asking if I’d like the font colour changed. What a lovely thing to do! The bag is fantastic!!! Great quality and amazing value for money. Highly recommend!!!
