One Star – Very Poor Service and Unresolved Order
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I ordered six bottles of Spearmint e‑liquid, but every single bottle was filled with Bubblegum flavour, despite all of them being labelled as Spearmint. This is not a simple picking error; it is a serious quality control failure where the wrong liquid has been bottled under the correct label.
I returned the items immediately and have confirmation that the parcel has been delivered back to their warehouse. Despite this, I have still not received the correct products I paid for, nor have I been given a clear update or timeframe for resolution.
Communication has been slow and inconsistent, and I have had to chase every response myself. For a company with such a strong reputation, the level of service I have received has been far below expectations. A first order should never be this complicated.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company and would advise others to be cautious when ordering.

I made an order Tuesday night and it was delivered on the Thursday morning, I would order again just for the speed it got to me, the ivg pro i ordered was packaged really well and in perfect working order, would highly recommend and will be using them myself for all my vaping needs
