Excellent product and lab service
Excellent product and lab service! The information provided with pack (petri and leaflets) is very user-friendly and well explained. No need for printer - QR code shown to royal mail post office suffices - and the return of analysis results is pretty efficient, within their timeline. Great communication throughout and very high quality. I would recommend to anyone and will likely repurchase in the future.

Normal service, worked well for me
On the whole, everything worked as I thought it would. Unfortunately, some of my water values are too high, but I already suspected that.

Untrustworthy business and terrible customer service
We purchased a water test kit that promised results in under 7 days. When we did not get the results on time, we contacted the customer service team who were unable to deal with our complaint and claimed that results should be expected 7 days after arriving at their laboratory in Germany. This is clearly not what they advertised on their website. Customer services would not refund so we went out of our way by making contact with their CEO via LinkedIn. He didn’t manage to help all that much. Whilst we have the results (they took over 3 weeks to arrive), we feel cheated and that this company could not care less. I would not recommend this business to anybody.

Thanks for your review. Your feedback ist very important to us and we will review our processes and communication. In any case, we regret that you are not satisfied with our service. Our customer service representatives have been in close contact with you and have informed you that we would like to find a satisfactory solution for you, but that we would have had to wait for the analysis values regarding the extended transport time and the possibly increased total bacterial count values before we could have taken any further steps. Please note that the express analysis only applies to the analysis time and not to the transport time. The results were provided within the specified time, as national holidays cannot be counted as working days. After your results were available, we nevertheless refunded the express fee immediately as a gesture of goodwill and advised you on your results. If you would like further advice on this, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Very good straightforward service, a bit slower than advertised
Good solid service overall. They tested the water as required, their delivery and pickup arrangements were simple and effortless (other companies take note), the lab result was very clear to follow, and their customer support is prompt and sensible. I would completely trust them again for non-urgent work.
They didn't meet their advertised "ten days" turnaround. They took 13 days to process my sample: 7 in the lab, and an unexplained 6 days between postal delivery and the start of lab work.
They had some glitches in their handling of the samples but I think that was a one-off and that's where their good customer service kicked in so I'm okay with it.

Fast delivery and very quick evaluation of our water test. Test results have been well presented. Cheapest provider I discovered.
