De schoenen zijn mooi, maar de klantenservice is slecht. Ze reageren niet of heel spaarzaam op e-mails. En als ze reageren beantwoorden ze niet de vraag en ben je nog steeds niet geholpen. Telefoon wordt niet opgenomen. Ik wilde schoenen ruilen voor andere maat. Ruim drie weken geleden heb ik het pakket teruggestuurd. Ik heb nooit meer iets gehoord. Dus ben mijn geld kwijt. Ik ben erg teleurgesteld in Ivylee.

Boots arrived and looked great but the leather lining ripped first time I tried them on. Very disappointing.

Great customer service (had a question) however as trying the shoes on pre-purchase is not a possibility, I would wish to see free postage for exchanges...

Nydelige produkter! Jeg har kjøpt støveletter og sandaler, er så fornøyd! Jeg er mellom 37 og 38 , så litt liten på str 38 er perfekt for meg

I was concerned because if all these negative reviews, but they were the only company with real leather gold boots that I loved the look of, so despite all the complaining reviews I ordered.
Very happy , quick postage great product, look amazing, I’m wearing them now. They are true to size. I’ve got one foot that is very slightly bigger and because of that I get a 39 usually, and the 39 was just fine. I’m not sure what all the complaining is about to be honest, I highly recommend

I’ve bought these boots for years and my recent purchase (same size as always) was hugely bigger and not as well made. Really disappointed and if you throw out the box (which I did thinking they would be the same), no returns. My last pair sadly and will have to on sell

I never received my package. Will I be reimbursed?

Par ailleurs la livraison a été un enfer : malgré mes consignes répétées, les bottes n'ont jamais été déposées dans un relais UPS et le livreur ne prévenait pas de l'heure de son passage.

Una scarpa è più piccola dell'altra e la pelle presenta delle discromie molto accentuate (non leggère come dicono sul sito), tanto che la punta è completamente di un altro colore rispetto al resto della scarpa. Non sono particolarmente comode. Sono scarpe molto costose dunque direi che non sono soddisfatta dell'acquisto. Nonostante ci sia il simbolo sul sito, non è stato possibile pagare con Paypal dunque non è possibile fare un reso per prodotto non conforme ma naturalmente solo un reso a pagamento, cosa che NON VA BENE. Alla fine le terrò sperando che la pelle migliori nel tempo. Non credo che acquisterò mai più da loro: i modelli sono molto belli ma la qualità lascia a desiderare. Scarpe italiane tutta la vita!
