The 30 day refund - a joke- when you contact them they say no refund on sale items. Everything on the website is on sale, but not cheap! DO NOT PURCHASE from this unscrupulous company!

I purchased a sweater online on a sale. On the website it was a sweater, but when it arrived it was sweatshirt fabric NOT a sweater as shown. So I requested a refund and they refused, stating the sales do not have refunds as stated on website. Poor business practice! Do Not buy from them!

The Ivy Rose Charleston company is a SCAM Buyer BEWARE Tthey do not ship the quality product you see on their website. VERY Deceptive. They ship from China and it took over 5 weeks to receive my sweater order. For example the knot materisk was no where near the photo plus the sleeves were elbow length not full length, and the wood buttons had been replaced by cheap smaller plastic buttons. AMX has graciously given credit back due to very poor quality. Note: Ivy Rose Charleston has No Customer Service contact number. Questionable company do not buy from them. I was very disappointed and do not want you to fall prey to their deceptive business practices.

What a scam and shame on me for falling for it. The products are nothing like they advertise. Cheap material and workmanship. No refund, of course, item was on sale. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered what looked like, a beautiful sweater. Instead received a thin knit sweater. Looked nothing like the picture. And because it was on sale, I couldn’t return it. Sure hated spending over $50 for something I won’t wear.

What a scam. I purchased the candy cane sweater, it looked perfect for the holidays. I was so excited to receive it, until I opened it. It certainly wasn’t the sweater in the picture and not as described. Not a sweater, but made of cotton fleece sweatshirt material, only tag was small white tag with size, no company name or washing instructions.It was heavily discounted $300 to $59.95, no returns or refunds on these items. Do NOT purchase from this company

This company is ridiculous. The item I received looked nothing like what they advertised. Very low quality material. It was nothing like the “sweater cardigan” I thought I would receive. No return because the item was on sale. When I requested a full refund because they clearly did not send me the correct item, they offered me a 15% discount. Do not order from this company!

Actually it would be zero. What they post online looks nothing like what you get. If it’s “ on sale” - no refund. I wish I could share pictures here. Product is so sub par I don’t even want to give it away.

I ordered a sweater that was advertised with round brown buttons and clearly, woven. The “sweater” I received was made from fabric, poorly made with small black buttons. I contacted customer service and requested a refund as this “sweater” was not what was advertised (sent pictures). Customer service responded their policy was “no returns,” never addressing the fact that what I received was NOT what was advertised which was misleading to the point of false advertising. BUYER BEWARE.
