The iWebFusioin team was fantastic especially Mark. He kept digging into my website problem and helped me solve what I needed to have done despite my lack of knowledge of websites.

I stay for the support

I love these guys. I've been with Iwebfusion for over 4 years now. There are a million other web hosts out there, and they're heavily reviewed so you might not give these guys a second glance. That would be a mistake. They may not have the marketing budgets of the big guys but they're worth a look.

Personally, I stay for their customer support. They're very quick answering tickets and it makes me feel like I'm their only customer. They're always ready to help me with any site issues, even if it has nothing to do with hosting.

Tech support is actually customer pampering

Technical support at iWebFusion really should be called customer pampering because of all the customized customer service that is provided. Their knowledge and skill are state of the art, but their response times are the best.

I switched over from StableHost because…

I switched over from StableHost because they were very difficult to communicate with and charged me for things I didn't want. I've had a very easy time getting support since switching over to iWebFusion and find that their team is patient and explains things simply. They really go above and beyond. Thanks iWebFusion!

iWebFusion went above and beyond..

Jacob at iWebFusion support went above and beyond to help me with my networking issue on one of the servers that we contract with them. Good support is hard to find with hosting service, but support is top notch there and will continue service.
