We started using IWP a few years ago and we have been more than happy with the advice we have always been given. James has A LOT of knowledge in his field and is very straight down the line and gives great advice. We have gone to him for Pillar 3a, Pension planning, mortgage advice, kids future planning and more. He also has a lot of contacts also who he recommends and they have also been fantastic. We will 100% continue to use his services and would recommend without any hesitation. Very professional and quick.

The most important factors for me:

Independent: I didn't have the feeling I am ,,sold something" or not getting an objective picture or comparison of the products. I had several options to start with, with or without insurance components.

Proactive: like most people, I am not an epxert in investments. We started with a call where I could describe my personal situation and goals. I received several options based on this call, which IWP thought would be the best for me. I trusted this opinion because of the independency of the company. I appreciated this proactivity from their side, to know and tell me what is good for me based on my needs and their expertise.

Professional: I had the impression that Charles has a good understanding of the market and has experience with investments. We picked my product based on his recommendation. Afterwards I ,,tortured" him with many questions about the product and the general conditions of the contract. We did not sign anything until we agreed all these questions were clarified and the product really fits to me.
