Los productos no está mal, pero su política de spam es terrible. Da igual las veces que te des de baja en su lista de correo, te siguen mandando correos comerciales una vez y otra.

Expérience d'achat très satisfaisante
Expérience d'achat très satisfaisante sur une large gamme d'articles de haute qualité, faciles à installer et à changer, avec la même satisfaction renouvelée d'une très belle décoration murale.
Une autre façon ludique et intelligente d'apporter de la couleur et de la lumière dans son habitation.

L’expérience est parfaite avec un recto/verso grand format pour habiller un mur blanc. Le rendu est parfait, la qualité est au rendez-vous, le montage et l’installation faciles. Excellent produit!

They should make it clear to customers that you cannot return the prints, even the generic artworks. We are not happy with how it looks and are stuck with it now.

Ik ben ontzettend blij met mijn IXXI :)
Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over de supportafdeling van IXXI! In eerste instantie was de visuele kwaliteit, ipv de technische kwaliteit die IXXI zelf meet en die wel in orde was, van mijn bestelling niet helemaal zoals gehoopt. Daniëlle en Annabel dachten actief met me mee, ze waren goed bereikbaar en reageerde steeds snel en vriendelijk.
Wat me vooral opviel, was hun bereidheid om écht naar een oplossing te zoeken. Geen standaardreacties, geen gedoe, maar oprechte klantgerichtheid. Dankzij hun inzet is alles uiteindelijk perfect in orde gekomen en kan ik nu volop genieten van het eindresultaat.
Misschien is het een mooie aanvulling voor de toekomst om klanten een tool aan te bieden waarmee zij vooraf kunnen checken of hun afbeelding ook visueel pixel perfect is voor een IXXI. Dat zou het proces nóg makkelijker maken en mogelijke teleurstellingen voorkomen.
Kortom: fantastische service en een team dat laat zien hoe klantenservice hoort te zijn. Een dikke aanrader!

Company stands behind their Product!
I bought a large "poster" set, for a sheltered outdoor area. The process of assembling was relatively easy (It's a bit cumbersome with the mounting tool, and it wasn't easy to know where the middle would be as the edge of the tool isn't the edge of the poster - so we had to put it up again, but doable was we had bought extra tape. ) After a year, the poster fell down and nearly all the mounting tab's were broken off.
I wrote to customer service to see if I could buy more, and showed pictures of tabs in the poster still. They were very kind and responded quickly, putting the new tabs in the mail same day. That's customer service!
Sometimes you have to have a problem to know if the company really stands behind their product - know these guys do! (I recommend if mounting outside, mount 2 full tabs instead of the full + circle clips -- but you may not have enough - but use all your extras! I think they should have a separate "outdoor mounting" kit ;) But that's a continuous improvement suggestion not a product fault.

Mooie platen maar wat een ellende om dat ding aan de muur te krijgen. Tesa strips zijn veel te slap en dat voor zoveel geld. Wij hadden beter verwacht!

perfekt auch für Nassräume
Die Kacheln sind aus einem wasserabweisenden Material. Wir haben es "auf gut Glück" über die Badewanne gehängt. Das Bild wird beim Duschen täglich nass. Es wellt sich nicht, es schimmelt nicht, es ist wie neu (3 Monate).
