Why everyone should shop local
20mins early for a hair appointment in Dunmow, I decided to do some Christmas shopping. I’d never been into Jacks before and what a find! Great shop, the owner is so helpful and due to lockdown, he’s been really patient with a welly exchange!! I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back!

Excellent and friendly service
I emailed Jacks about some Meindl boots I was interested in early in the morning, received a reply back almost immediately, rang and they had already put the boots to one side for me. Visited the Gt Dunmow shop and received excellent friendly service. Many thanks.

Excellent - as I would expect
I have been using Jack's in Dunmow for 17 years and have always received excellent and knowledgeable service. Due to the lockdown, I had to make an order for new Meindl Walking Shoes, without hesitation I went online to Jack's. The price was excellent and the service outstanding.
