Darren was fantastic when I was searching for a discontinued Fairfax coloured bag, he maanagrd to find me the last bag they had in stock.

Right product, right price, prompt delivery
I wanted to replace some dearly loved Meindl walking boots with the same model after 11 years of service. Jacks offered exactly what I wanted at a competitive price. Delivery was prompt and the packaging secure. So, I am back on the hill.

Great Sales Service
On Tuesday 14 October I bought some trousers and boots for beating and I was very grateful for the wonderful service I received from two ladies serving in the shop. They spent a lot of time advising me and making sure I purchased the right items for my needs. I will definitely be coming to the shop again and they deserve a pay rise!!
