Rebecca has been amazing handling my claim. She really took the stress away from me during a difficult time. I’m not great at handling stress and as a result I’m not always the best at replying to emails and making decisions, but Rebecca was kind and professional, she kept me informed at each stage without overwhelming me with jargon. Jackson Boyd’s and their representative Alistair McCulloch I can’t thank them both enough. I would not have pursued a claim against the third party as would not have known where to start!! Alistair dealt with everything professionally and kept me updated at all times, he fought hard for me and got me the best deal he could…these claims take time so patience is required but he never gave up and got me a settlement larger than I ever expected.
