Ordered wall mount waited almost 2 months for a tiny box with a little silver piece of metal to arrive, complete SCAM ! Was a gift for someone , what a shame They won’t even reply after shipment done . DO NOT BUY FROM SITE

I also was lured in by the 5in1 welding machine. On the site, it claims it is a U.S. based company and accepts PayPal as payment.
I'm ok with taking a punt if I can pay with PayPal as they guarantee delivery of the advertised product or a refund.
When it only had bank card details as the only option, a quick trustpilot was the obvious next step as it seemed off.

I never received anything from a site that claims to deliver witchin 48 hours.This is a scam and never received money back for a liteboxer equipment.

I ordered a handheld laser welding machine from Jacob's on the 23th of February. What arrived last week was a ring that I did not order. My order number was:

its a scam, wrong tracking info,no help How could I have been so dumb!!! just suckered by low price.

I saw a nice MIG Welding tool and was about to buy and found it is directly from their website, I then checked its reviews and immediately give up.

I have given 1 Star as NO Stars is not an option. Be warned. Scammers. I am amazed with so much bad press that instagram also them to post adds without vetting them.

Fraudulent scam site. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Wasted money on a craft cabinet that better arrived, with no way of recovering the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

They said it was delivered and wasn't,
I just learned a lesson I won't buy anything from Jacobss ever.

This "company" is a fraud. They are the lowest form of matter. They are a complete ripoff. Do not throw your money away. STOP! They need to be stopped and put in jail for a long time. By the way, your date bar does not work.

Thank you all reviewers. I was just about to make a payment for the welding machine which is lowly priced to attract buyers. Then, I had a second thought to Google and see what people are saying about this Jacobss store. I did and saved myself from being scammed. Thank you

Ordered a welder and received a purse! This was from PlutoX which I believe is the old store. They have resurfaced under a few new names. Beware!

Ordered a welder got a ring that they want me to pay the postage and send it back. I don't know why they can get another one out of a cracker its not worth 10p
they should be avoided they are thieves

It is a scam. They did not send me the product I bought and when I complained to them through email they did not respond and they blocked me.

I ordered from these guys but they never delivered. Their tracking was bogus when they indicated my order was delivered, but it never was. I sent multiple emails to them requesting a refund and I received an email telling me to check with my neighbors because they likely took my order. If I could give this outfit a negative (-10) I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered a cabinet and I never received it although the so called tracking site said it was delivered. There is no way to contact the company and emails are returned undelivered

I knew it was a scam when I went to checkout and suddenly paypal wasn't an option anymore .
Best scam of 2023. Listen everyone just type company in BBB and you'll find out . I try to stay on Amazon and ebay instant returns and money back .
