Ordered the Human dog bed, paid $50.00 got a cheap adjustable ring instead. They blamed the shipping company. It is such a hassle , they said they would refund half my
Money if I don’t return the cheap ring. This company does not stand behind their guarantee! Do not buy from them, it comes from China, such scam artists!! They shouldn’t be on here!!!

SCAM. Feel slightly better that im not the only one who fell for it as my experience is like everyone elses as I ordered the dog bed and received a piece of metal, obviously so that can be used as tracking saying that you've had the item. Although they said the dog bed was delivered though the letter box 🤔 Do not trust! Definitely learnt to check trustpilot first from now on. Awful that I gave then the benefit of the doubt and waited until the 8th for it to arrive 🙄

Make a simple image source check of their photos and you can easily find that they are using stock images from legitimate sellers
For example,Plasma welder for $27.99 in fact costs $999 on Amazon.

More like a .25 star purchased some stuff. It comes from china to literally 3 miles from my house and the drop off. it's last known spot is a creek. Nobody seems to care to find the product. Couldn't pay me to use this stuff after this experience

Fraudulent. Ordered a human size dog bed. Received a steel ring. Every attempt to contact resulted in preprogrammed response that had nothing to do with the situation. Once I realized they were a scam, I blocked them.

TOTAL SCAM!! They say it was delivered, the welder that I ordered and paid for and got a POS kids ring instead!! And now the email address that we have been communicating with is no longer valid or they probably blocked my address!!

I'd like to attend you to the fact that as merchant you are responsible to deliver the correct item I ordered. As long as I haven't received what I have ordered, I have the full right to get my money fully refunded. Problems with delivery of the correct items are your responsibility to resolve, not mine. This means that you can either cut your losses, or make a claim to your shipper for delivering the incorrect item.

Nothing to say it’s on its way, probably because nothing is on its way.

The only thing you do get is your money taken.
And Because I hadn’t heard a thing I came onto my Jacob account which I had saved the link.
The account is very basic
I had to log on only to find out my item had been delivered?? or so it said??

It shows you a map where it’s been delivered & the map is blank?
No roads? no streets? nothing.

MORE IMPORTANTLY NOTHING WAS DELIVERED TO ME!?

AND I believe that they are scamming everyone & taking money illegally.

I was devastated when I saw all the negative reviews,
it all made sense.
That’s why I had not received my order.

Ordered the Wall Mounted Boxing Workout for $44.98US over $70 Australian dollars on 28/12/2022 and received a toy metal ring worth $2 instead. Complete SCAM by Jacobss Store.

Scam,last month this company was called Plutogdx. Same ad on YouTube.

I would give zero stars if that were an option! Company is a SCAM. My experience is exactly like everyone else’s in that I ordered the dog bed and received a piece of crap toe ring that wouldn’t even sell at Claire’s!!! DON’T ORDER FROM HERE!!!

If everyone that gets scammed reports it and gets their money back the only one that will be out of pocket is Jacobss store for shipping out stupid items in replace of what we ordered. Found them on Pinterest orig they need to remove them from the site.

Got an small envelope with a small junk ring inside. Total fraud.
Can't be contacted on any of the mail addresses on website.
