We first used JA Financial Services to purchase our home using Help to Buy in 2020 and Jackie was exceptional throughout. She guided us through everything, making the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Since then, Jackie has consistently provided outstanding support, proactively reaching out whenever our mortgage was due for renewal.
More recently, Jackie supported us with paying off our Help to Buy loan in October 2025. What could have been a daunting process was made incredibly simple, with our remortgage perfectly aligned to settle the HTB loan.

We purchased our home on 22 August 2025, and Jackie Farrow was our mortgage advisor throughout the entire process. Jackie is exceptionally knowledgeable, and from start to finish she guided us through every major decision with patience and clarity. Whenever we had questions or needed clarity, we could immediately reach out to her, and she always took the time to explain our options and recommend the best choices for our needs.

The team at Jafin were fantastic, I could not have asked for more. I was kept up to date with regular phone calls, emails and the process was made personable, friendly and quicker than I imagined. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
We went through the process of buying our first house and used Amy as a mortgage broker. Honestly we wouldn't have been able to do it without her as it was all a bit of a minefield for us as was not sure where to start. We had some stumbling blocks but Amy made the whole process so easy.
