Wouldn’t waste your money
The number didn’t work when it was getting registered then went off after a week. Worst £20 I have spent wouldn’t have been better sending it in for him to make phone calls

Dear Customer,
we can offer better pricing if you use more than 500 minutes a month.
The 0800 numbers are not cheap however it still gives you an option to speak longer with your inmate as they are not being charged to dial 0800 numbers.

please note we do not have the minimum monthly spend on any of the plans. We do not provide the email service either. JailTele is only providing the phone numbers to let your inmate ring you at low rate.

I believe you've missed our reply to your email asking whether you wish to change the number or get a refund.
You can't loose money with JailTele!
The prison doesn’t accept 0800 number…
The prison doesn’t accept 0800 number and I already paid the 15 pound but can’t use it
I sent an email about the situation and got a very quick response with my new number so I was very satisfied with that thank you.
