Wouldn’t recommend as not all prisons accept the number and you’ll just be losing out on money instead.

Nails either don’t accept the numbers…
Prisons either don’t accept the numbers or they remove them from the phone after a week!

please note that's not the case as we have many of the numbers working in many prisons. The 0800 numbers are supported only in selected prisons and it's up to them to accept or reject the number. It would be best to ask the prison or check with us if there are any 0800 numbers working there already before making the order. Obviously we also issue a refund in case you're not able to use the service properly, just need to let us know about that. Our support team is available for you.
Bought the 120minutes 0800 number paid…
Bought the 120minutes 0800 number paid 15pound and wymott prison won't accept the number on the pin so was just a waste of money

I love the helpful friendly team at Jailtele. They helped me get set up simply and made it really easy. They also helped my friend when she made a mistake and are always courteous and quick to reply. The scheme itself is fantastic and has made a huge difference to my partner being able to keep in touch without the pressure of managing his credit. It has a huge impact on emotional well being. Absolutely 💯

I think this service is amazing I think it’s a brilliant idea it keeps us in touch with our love ones even if they have no credit to phone home I would definitely recommend this service to everyone that has a love one in prison because it can be lonely and scary for them if they haven’t got money to keep calling home at least this way they know they can just pick up the phone and call home with no worries of not having any credit.
