Great service and amazing quality products

This is the second time we have used Jali and they dont disappoint
The fretwork board was 5* and primed beautifully.

Their website is so easy to use, they confirmed the measurements of my order via email and rang me when it was ready to be sent out which meant I was able to agree a date I was in to receive them.
I ordered the 'wood veneer' which was so much better than I anticipated. Two coats of varnish has really enhanced it. Even the carpenter complimented my choice.

I was looking everywhere for an MDF arch that I could then paint with magnetic paint and then crochet a scalloped border for it - transforming it into a beautiful magnetic wall arch for my daughter's playroom. I came across Jali and the website was so easy to use to find my custom shape and preferred size, and what I loved the most was how affordable it was - the price was an absolute steal!! I also really liked that Jali contacted me when the arch was ready and asked me for a preferred delivery date, so that I could make sure I was home to recieve it. Thank you so much, you have made my daughter a very happy little girl (and me a happy mum).

I ordered a panel to cover an unsightly pipe in our front room. Now it looks beautiful and in keeping with the other patterns. The range of colours to choose from also meant that a perfect fit was possible.

I wanted a meter cupboard for a very tight space. I can't praise the process enough. I enjoyed the design process and was confident that it would fit due to the excellent support from the team at Jali who went through my design with me before I placed my order. It arrived within the lead time and the quality is great.

Took a while to get my bespoke piece right but eventually we worked it out and it was terrific. Have used Jali for several projects, some straightforward and some, like this last one, a little more complicated but always found them helpful.

We ordered a bespoke unit. Waited ages and when it came there was a fault. They had glued a piece the wrong way round. My husband, who was assembling couldn’t get the pieces to fit as they should. When he contacted the company to ask about it and send a photo their designer admitted that it was their mistake. They offered to send another piece but we had waited so long we just wanted it finished. My husband sorted it himself. Company offered an apology and said mistakes are rare! No comfort to us.No offer of recompense for inconvenience. Obviously no one checks these items before dispatch. Would not deal with them again!

Please is Jali Support recently employing for customer support agent role?

And do they require payment for certification?

Disappointed in this company.
They advertise a 4-8 week manufacture and we specifically chose white as it stated a quicker lead time. I have needed to chase the company numerous time to find out when the cupboards will be delivered and each time I’ve been put off a week! After being told they were going to be delivered end of September, I have now been advised that it will be mid October. We ordered in mid July and had I known the company cannot fulfil their advertised lead times, I would not have ordered from them.

Edited- to say although we really disappointed with lead times and communication of the cabinets, we are really pleased with them once they finally arrived.

We wanted a custom built-in unit for our living room - we are keen DIYers but building one from scratch would have been challenging, and equally didn't want to spend 3-4k to have someone build one for us.

We stumbled across Jali by accident. We realised it had an online design programme where we could bring our idea to life with the exact requirements and dimensions for our space.

The website offers a few preset pieces that you can then customise. We wanted a bookcase to sit on top of only part of the floor cabinets - this was not something the system allowed us to do in one go. We designed a bookcase and floor units separately - the designers were responsive and helpful, guiding us and recommending tweaks to our design to ensure the pieces would all work well together.

It was a long (but expected) wait to receive the units, and were mostly straightforward to assemble with the instructions provided. We now have a solid and gorgeous custom unit that looks gorgeous as well as offering us plenty of storage space.

We would very happily order from them again should we need another build in unit!

The sales team were great in helping me with the design, ensuring that the units would look right and fit into an awkwardly shaped space. When they arrived the units were so well built that I managed to put it all together in less than 3 hours. My daughter (it was a present) is delighted

- MDF construction splits when screwing in the supplied fixings (unsure if this is a structural issue).
- The fixings are bigger and much more noticeable than the images on the website.
- My product had the pre-drilled fixing points in the wrong positions, so the shelves were +/- 1mm out of plum with the support panels, didn't look great.
- Very heavy! would not advise buying the wall mounted shelving.
- Screw holes on the bottom panel go all the way through the board, which looks unsightly if hanging on a wall.
- Seems very expensive for the level of quality.
- Very long lead times.
- Will probably just buy Ikea next time...

Cannot fault the product have a beautiful living room cupboard made to measure fits into an alcove perfectly so good I have ordered another one for my lounge. Also ordered shelves to go above the cupboard have used this company for a radiator screen in 2021 initially and was impressed with the quality each time would go no where else.

We measured and ordered some shelving for our kitchen to hold cookbooks in a small gap between a large cupboard and a fridge freezer. Shelves were perfect fit and exactly what we needed. Arrived in good time with no problem.

We had an amazing full room height cupboard made by Jali. Beautiful fretwork and the the measurements were spot on. Odour was exactly as shown on the website and the whole process was simple and easy to design and purchase our cupboard. Once again very impressed with Jali !

Had a Fret panel made . Looks amazing . Great workmanship. Lovely company really helpful and professional. Really speedy delivery and kept informed on process from the company. Would use them again and recommend them to friends . Thanks for the wonderful service.

Have happily ordered through Jali several times over the years. Their products stay fresh and modern and I love that the user-friendly website means you can order according to your own tailored design, using a bit of your own imagination. Their customer service is consistently excellent; they are helpful, friendly and follow through on providing details or any follow-up queries. Highly recommend.
