Jali Opiniões

+ Great online design tool
+ Great colour options
+ Good range of design options to fit any space
+ Easy to assemble
+ Good customer service, kept me informed of manufacturing progress.

- MDF construction splits when screwing in the supplied fixings (unsure if this is a structural issue).
- The fixings are bigger and much more noticeable than the images on the website.
- My product had the pre-drilled fixing points in the wrong positions, so the shelves were +/- 1mm out of plum with the support panels, didn't look great.
- Very heavy! would not advise buying the wall mounted shelving.
- Screw holes on the bottom panel go all the way through the board, which looks unsightly if hanging on a wall.
- Seems very expensive for the level of quality.
- Very long lead times.
- Will probably just buy Ikea next time...

Purchased three bespoke cupboard doors. Arrived very well packaged. Excellent quality. Look fabulous. Thank you. :)

Cannot fault the product have a beautiful living room cupboard made to measure fits into an alcove perfectly so good I have ordered another one for my lounge. Also ordered shelves to go above the cupboard have used this company for a radiator screen in 2021 initially and was impressed with the quality each time would go no where else.

We measured and ordered some shelving for our kitchen to hold cookbooks in a small gap between a large cupboard and a fridge freezer. Shelves were perfect fit and exactly what we needed. Arrived in good time with no problem.

We had an amazing full room height cupboard made by Jali. Beautiful fretwork and the the measurements were spot on. Odour was exactly as shown on the website and the whole process was simple and easy to design and purchase our cupboard. Once again very impressed with Jali !

Had a Fret panel made . Looks amazing . Great workmanship. Lovely company really helpful and professional. Really speedy delivery and kept informed on process from the company. Would use them again and recommend them to friends . Thanks for the wonderful service.

Have happily ordered through Jali several times over the years. Their products stay fresh and modern and I love that the user-friendly website means you can order according to your own tailored design, using a bit of your own imagination. Their customer service is consistently excellent; they are helpful, friendly and follow through on providing details or any follow-up queries. Highly recommend.

I needed something in a bathroom for privacy and decided to use Jali to make a fretwork panel
I am so delighted & thrilled now that it has arrived well within the time quoted
It looks amazing from both inside & outside, I noticed the window as I drive past & it looks very smart
I will certainly be using Jali again & recommend them highly, plus they are very well priced & beautifully made

I have used Jali on a number of occasions and the customer service has always been excellent. The ability to customise the designs to fit the space I had was an added bonus. Would not hesitate to recommend

Ordered a cover for the boiler cupboard, the whole process from ordering to delivery was faultless. Excellent speed of delivery and customer follow up was perfect, would definitely use Jali again and highly recommend them for price and quality.

Ordered a cupboard for an alcove and it was so easy to order, put measurements in and see dimensions etc. Was straightforward to fit and it looks so good. Much cheaper than getting a carpenter to do one.
I chose to have it primed so I could paint it myself.
Would definitely order again.

Great bespoke furniture at competitive prices with a quick turnaround and personal touch.

More detailed review - Having bought a new (older style) house we started thinking about decorating the living room first.

It’s got alcoves either side of a fire place which, after much scrolling instagram and Pinterest, decided some cupboards and shelving would be perfect.

After looking ages for the right style and price range we couldn’t find much… until we came across Jali.

Great design choices and available in bespoke styles and finishes, all designed through the website.

Production and delivery was quick. Installation was a doddle with the supplied fittings and instructions.

We went for primed finished so that we could paint them to match the woodwork in the rest of the room. We’re so pleased with the end result.

Innovative, reliable and great quality made to order shelf unit! It was a random online find and I am so glad I went with Jali. I needed a space saving shelf behind a door and Jail delivered a superb solution.
Great customer service and helpful advice over the phone! I would use them again and again!

I must have ordered about ten items from Jali over the last decade, mostly bookcases and the odd cupboard. Jali's prices are more than an off-the shelf item from a furniture store, but the fact that you can specify the exact dimensions of the item makes the extra cost worthwhile if you are short of space, as I am. I can eke every last bit of space out of an alcove or corner, so no space is wasted. The painted finishes are attractive but won't suit everyone - I'd like to see more veneer choices - the only one available isn't great. Construction is fairly straightforward - most things slot together held by bolts or cams with pre-drilled holes, although if your item has skirting, it's not as straightforward as that. One thing I've noticed over time is that the cams are getting harder to use - the cams are used to hold one piece of MDF against another and secured with a bolt. You line up the MDF pieces and then twist the cam to tighten it. I find nowadays that as you rotate the cam, it tends to pull the pieces out of line - not ideal.
My house is almost full now, but I'll probably be ordering from Jali again.

Door was exactly what we ordered. Perfectly made and the paint finish excellent. Second time we have ordered from them and would not hesitate to do so again

Excellent friendly family business with great products. I have used them for over 20years!

This is around the third time I have had radiator covers from Jali, great covers, well made and so really easy to assemble. Contact is made when they are ready for delivery to arrange a suitable time. Just a pleasure to deal with the company.

The design process was straightforward, and allowed me to fit it perfectly in a tricky place - an alcove by a chimney breast, with an extra deep clearance on one side to hide some pipes. There was one part of the design I couldn't figure out how to do by myself, and the friendly support staff helped me fix that.

In only a few weeks it had arrived, and I fitted it myself over a weekend and a few evenings. With basic DIY skills you can fit one of these yourself

Im amazed at the quality of the result - it really does look like bespoke carpentry. Even the paint finish was perfect.

The price may seem high compared to mass produced furniture, but if you want a custom size or design, at better quality than the likes of Ikea, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jali.

We purchased a bespoke made radiator cover, there was an excellent choice of colours and materials to chose from. The cover was made to an high standard and fitted our measurements perfectly. There were no difficulties putting it together and found the instructions easy to follow. We are very pleased with the cover and would highly recommend them. We have had excellent service and found everyone to very helpful and polite.

Very pleased with a small fretwork panel made to measure by Jali. They had a great range of options and it was easy to order a bespoke item via their website. They let me know about progress and the panel was delivered sooner than expected. The price was competitive compared to similar products from other companies as well. All in all, very satisfied. I’d certainly use Jali again and happily recommend them.
