GreatProduct slow customer service
They are usually very good and I am a regular customer. The coffee is great
On this occasion one of the bags arrived fully open and coffee beans went everywhere. I understand mistakes happen but I have sent numerous emails over the last week and not had any response.
A company is valued as much on how they handle things when then go wrong as well as their product.
UPDATE: I did get a response and the issue resolved to my satisfaction

Hi William , We would like to apologise for this oversight on our part . We have sent out another pack of 500 Gram Slow Roast Whole Beans today at no extra cost. We have been a bit busy over the last week or so but that is not good reason for not responding to emails quicker. We hope this never happens again. Smoothest Coffee

Simply amazing
I have been a regular customer for several years! The reason: I don't know any other coffee supplier in London where I can buy this fantastic quality of (Jamaican Blue Mountain) coffee, receive it only 2 days after ordering, freshly roasted 2 days before I receive it!!!! The smell and taste are simply heavenly! And the service is impeccably high quality, personable and reliable like clockwork.

Perfect coffee
For me, this coffee is perfect.
With so many coffees, taste burnt to me and this spoils the pure flavour of the coffee. At least for my taste.
Jamaica Coffee Co gets this tricky preparation perfectly right and so, the flavour is rich, full.
This is what I feel coffee should taste like.
